The Effect Of DanHongTongJing Decoction On Serum CRP Of Acute Cerebral Infarction Patient And Clinical Therapeutic Effect Study

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects and safety of DanHongTongJing Decoction in the treatment ofacute cerebral infarction, meanwhile to evaluate its effect on serum C-reactiveprotein(CRP).The curative effect of DanHongTongJing Decoction is evaluated by Clinicalsymptoms and biochemical indicator, further investigate its mechanism of action and therelationship between acute cerebral infarction and serum CRP, Aim to find effective curativemedicine for cerebral infarction,so as to extend its clinical application.Methods:For the patients meeting the diagnostic and the inclusion criteria, Using Single blind,randomized design method of sequential equilibrium,72acute cerebral infarction cases wererandomly divided into two groups, control group and therapy group, every group consist of36cases. There is no difference in age、sex、Severity of illness、pathogenesis、concomitantdisease and history of past illness between two groups, The two groups werecomparable(P>0.05). the control group cases were treated with conventional therapy,including Oxygen inhalation、controling blood pressure、lowering blood lipid and bloodglucose、reducing intracranial pressure、Maintenance of water and electrolyte balance、Symptomatic support、antiplatelet、promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis andNerve protection. therapy group were treated with conventional therapy andDanHongTongJing Decoction (Dan shen15g Honghua12g、Dilong10g、Chuanxiong15g、Fuling30g、Qinjiu15g、,Sangzhi15g、Zelan15g、Guizhi15g、Jixueteng30g、Gancao6g).14days is a course of treatment. The degree of neurologic impairmen、viability of beforeand after treatment and serum CRP were observed. safety analysis index, include Observingadverse reaction of two groups during medication, the change of blood cells analysis、Liverand kidney function before and after treatment.Statistical method using SPSS12.0to analyze, all dates were test of normality, experimentalresults used mean±standard deviation,diversity of the mean compared using analysis ofvariance, Two samples were compared with t test, ranked data were compared with Riditanalysis. P<0.05has a significance difference. Result:1. The comparison of two groups in neurological functional deficit scale befoe and aftertreatment14days.Before treatment, the neurological functional deficit scale (NFDS)of control group is17.94±7,after treatment,the NFDS is12.84±7,.For therapy group before treatment, the NFDSis18.02±7, after treatment,the NFDS is7.62±8, the NFDS of both groups reduced aftertreatment, compared with before treatment, therapy group have a significant difference, Bystatistical analysis, group comparison after treatment has a significant difference(P<0.01), theresults indicate that DanHongTongJing Decoction could improve nerve injury recovery foracute stroke patient, has a good curative effect.2.the Comparison of two groups in clinical efficacy after treatment14days.The control group after treatment,the basic recovery patient were seven cases, significantadvancement patient were thirteen cases, advancement patient were five cases, effective ratewas72.22%. for the therapy group, the basic recovery patient were ten cases, significantadvancement patient were eighteen cases, advancement patient were five cases, effective ratewas91.66%. By statistical analysis, there was a significant difference in effective ratebetween two groups(P<0.05). the results indicate that DanHongTongJing Decoction couldimprove symptoms recovery for acute stroke cerebral infarction–the ZhongJing type ofstroke(NaoBi Damp-Stasis、block in the channel and collateral), has a good curative effect.3. The comparison of two groups in CRP content befoe and after treatment14days.The control group before treatment,the CRP content was32.84±10.62mg/L, after treatment,the CRP content was15.14±5.12mg/L. The therapy group before treatment, the CRP contentwas31.92±10.51mg/L, after treatment, the CRP content was7.12±2.43mg/L. the CRPcontent of both groups descented, each group has a difference compared with before treatment,especially in therpy group. group comparison after treatment has a significantdifference(P<0.01), the results indicate that DanHongTongJing Decoction could descentserum CRP for acute stroke cerebral infarction–the ZhongJing type of stroke(NaoBiDamp-Stasis、block in the channel and collateral), has a good curative effect.4. Safety evaluation there was no adverse reaction of two groups during Clinical Trials,compared with blood cells analysis、Liver and kidney function befoe and after treatment, drugrelated abnormalities was not found. ConclusionThe results of the study indicate that: DanHongTongJing Decoction could improve symptomsof acute stroke cerebral infarction–the ZhongJing type of stroke(NaoBi Damp-Stasis、blockin the channel and collateral), improving nerve injury recovery, reducing neurologicalfunctional deficit scale, decreasing serum CRP content, By statistical analysis, its curativeeffect was Significantly better than the control group, having a significant difference. At thesame time the safety detection indicate that the Decoction was innocuity, no adverse effect, itwas Safe and reliable. DanHongTongJing Decoction has a better perspective for treating acutecerebral infarction, our experiment Perfects the mechanism of DanHongTongjing Decoction,But still needs further expansion in the clinical and basic research.
