Objective To explore the characteristics and compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of chronic renal failure based on the theory of spleen ascending and stomach descending by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Data mining of the literature on the treatment of chronic renal failure based on the theory of spleen ascending and stomach descending in the database of Chinese academic literature(CNKI),Weipu and Wanfang were carried out by using the software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system.Results By analyzing 256 selected prescriptions,Turns out,Using 195 herbs,Top 10high-frequency use of traditional Chinese medicine: Poria cocos,Codonopsis,Atractylodes macrocephala,rhubarb,Astragalus,Pinellia ternata,Chen Pei,licorice,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Amomum;Drug four gas statistics show,Warm drugs are the most used,For 1343,44%,At least 48 hot drugs,2%;Statistics on the five flavors,Among them,Ganwei medicine is the most used,1343 times,39%,Xinwei medicine,bitter medicine next,The salty medicine is the least used,53 times,1%;Drug regression analysis showed that the frequency of regression from high to low were spleen,stomach,lung,liver,kidney and heart.Set the number of supports to 80 and confidence to 0.8,Using association rules,29 rules for drug use can be derived;A total of 23 new therapeutic prescriptions were extracted and combined by entropy hierarchical clustering.Conclusion:1.The top ten drugs with the highest frequency of use are Poria cocos CRF Codonopsis,Atractylodes macrocephala,Rhubarb,Astragalus,Pinellia ternata,Chen Pei,Glycyrrhiza,Salvia miltiorrhiza and Amomum.Among them,4 kinds of tonifying qi,1 kind of attacking medicine,1 kind of regulating qi,1 kind of eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,1 kind of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,1 kind of dehumidifying medicine,1 kind of promoting water and permeating dampness,matching with the theory of tonifying and promoting Qing,releasing solid and lowering turbidity,also shows the pathogenesis of CRF deficiency,this deficiency is mainly qi deficiency,and the standard is mainly dampness and blood stasis.2.in the statistics of the frequency of returning to the meridian in traditional Chinese medicine,the order from high to low is the spleen meridian,stomach meridian,lung meridian,liver meridian,kidney meridian and heart meridian.Objectively reflect the idea of treating chronic kidney disease based on spleen rising and stomach lowering;in the statistics of four qi and five flavors of medicine,Gan Wen medicine is the most,bitter cold is the second,reflecting the contemporary doctors cold and heat sharing,tonifying and catharsis and application of medication ideas.3.this research through the traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary inheritance platform analysis,finally obtained based on the spleen ascending stomach descending theory treatment CRF the core medicine pair 29,the traditional Chinese medicine new prescription 23,has provided the certain theory instruction and the new medication thought for the clinical treatment.
