| Objective We research The Chinese medicine medicinal(former name Kidney Failure1)on Chronic renal Failure(Chronic Rinal Failure,CRF)in patients with general symptoms(such as weakness,edema,anorexia,nausea,urine output,itchy skin,etc.),laboratory indexes(hemoglobin,serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,serum albumin,etc.)and renal fibrosis factor(Transforming growth factor beta1,TGF-?1)etc,so as to prove the study traditional Chinese medicine medicinal can inhibit the expression of renal fibrosis factor(TGF-?1),so as to inhibit renal fibrosis,and have the renal protection effect.Methods Healthy controls,the western medicine group,between Chinese traditional medicine western medicine combination way,the research Chinese traditional medicine western medicine within the joint group of its own comparison research method.I select the patient whose serum creatinine is higher than normal(>133umol/L)and whose temporary do not need to renal replacement(kidney transplant,kidney dialysis)in the recent six years Tai'an City center hospital kidney disease outpatient and ward as the research object.This study will be divided into three major groups,group A:20 patients with healthy physical examination,group B:20 patients who have the Chronic renal Failure single with western medicine treatment,group C:20 patients who have the Chronic renal Failure combined therapy with both western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth.According to the effct in patients' clinical symptoms,laboratory indexes,serum TGF-?1 correlation between in each group and each group of research,confirmed that the research of traditional Chinese medicine medicinal broth can inhibit renal fibrosis factor TGF-?1.Result1.Chronic renal failure patients and healthy controls1.1 According to the serum TGF-?1(28.18±3.54)ng/ml in Chronic renal failure patients and the serum TGF-?1(22.23±1.27)ng/ml(P<0.05)in health control group,the difference is statistically significant.1.2 According to hemoglobin(86.68±14.45)g/L in Chronic renal failure patients and hemoglobin(135.45±12.59)g/L(P<0.05)in health control group,the difference is statistically significant.1.3 According to the blood albumin(34.99±3.11)g/L in Chronic renal failure patients and the blood albumin(41.59±6.67)g/L(P<0.05)in health control group,the difference is statistically significant.1.4 According to the blood urea nitrogen(18.18±8.90)mmol/L in Chronic renal failure patients and blood urea nitrogen(5.97±1.47)mmol /L(P<0.05)in health control group,the difference is statistically significant.1.5 According to creatinine(346.22±168.03)umol/L in Chronic renal failure patients and creatinine(64.21±12.21)umol/L(P<0.05)in health control group,the difference is statistically significant.2.The comparison of the index changes in six months between the single western medicine treatment of patients(group B)and the combined with Chinese and western medicine treatment group(C).2.1 The comparison of the dropping of TGF-?1(2.23±2.04)ng/ml in combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure patients 6 months and the dropping of TGF-?1(0.89±1.11)ng/m(P<0.05)in patients treated with western medicine of6 months,The difference is statistically significant.So the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment can inhibit serum TGF-?1 expression.2.2 The comparison of the higher hemoglobin levels(2.85±4.45)g/L in combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure patients 6 months and the igher hemoglobin levels(-2.60±9.39)g/L(P<0.05)in patients treated with western medicine of 6 months,The difference is statistically significant.So the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment with chronic renal failure conditions can help the anemia in patients. 2.3 The comparison of the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure patients 6 months of elevated serum albumin level(164.00±732.80)g/L and in patients treated with western medicine alone blood serum albumin(0.92±2.69)g/L(P<0.05),no statistically significant difference in serum albumin increased,So both the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment has no obvious specificity to improve the chronic renal failure blood albumin.2.4 The comparison of the dropping of blood urea nitrogen(2.01±3.59)mmol/L in combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure patients 6months and the dropping of blood urea nitrogen(1.50±2.87)mmol/L(P<0.05)in patients treated with western medicine of 6 months,the difference is statistically significant.So the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment can reduce the blood urea nitrogen.2.5 The comparison of the reduction of creatinine(19.80±29.49)umol/L in combina tion of Chinese and western medicine treatment of chronic renal failure patients 6 months and the reduction of creatinine(4.75±21.93)umol/L(P<0.05)in patients treated with western medicine of 6 months,the difference is statistically significant.So the combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment can reduce the creatinine levels.3.The comparison of the before and after of added Chinese traditional medicine in Chinese and western medicine combined treatment group(group C).3.1 The comparison of the after of the combination Chinese traditional medicine 6months the TGF-?1(25.50±2.86)ng/ml and the TGF-?1(27.73±3.25)ng/ml with western medicine treatment,the TGF-?1 has statistically significant differences in the combination of Chinese traditional medicine 6 months,So the Chinese traditional medicine can inhibit the expression of the TGF-?1.3.2 The comparison of the after of the combination Chinese traditional medicine 6months the hemoglobin(88.55±15.58)g/L and hemoglobin(88.40±15.56)g/L with western medicine treatment,the hemoglobin has statistically significant differences in the combin ation of Chinese traditional medicine 6 months,so the Chinese traditional medicine can helpt the anemia in patients.3.3 The comparison of the after of the combination Chinese traditional medicine 6months the albumin(198.67±132.81)g/L and the albumin(34.35±15.55)g/L(P<0.05)with western medicine treatment,the albumin has no statistically significant differences in the combination of Chinese traditional medicine 6 months,so the Chinese traditional medicine has no obvious specificity to improve the albumin levels in patients with chronic renal failure.3.4 The comparison of the after of the combination Chinese traditional medicine 6months the urea nitrogen(17.13±9.36)mmol/L and the urea nitrogen(19.14±10.11)mmol/L with western medicine treatment,the urea nitrogen has statistically significant differences in the combination of Chinese traditional medicine 6 months,so the Chinese medicine treatment can reduce the urea nitrogen levels.3.5 The comparison of the after of the combination Chinese traditional medicine 6months the creatinine(336.65±182.00)umol/L and the creatinine(356.45±183.80)umol/L(P<0.05)with western medicine treatment,the creatinine has statistically significant differences in the combination of Chinese traditional medicine 6 months,so the Chinese medicine treatment can reduce the the creatinine evels.Conclusion1.The comparison of creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,albumin,hemoglobin,blood serum TGF-?1 were statistically significant between chronic renal failure patients and healthy controls,and the reduction of the TGF-?1 have the acorrelation of the creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,hemoglobin.So the research can confirme the TGF-?1 through a variety of ways to participate in renal fibrosis,in turn,affect patients serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,the change of hemoglobin and so on.In patients with chronic renal failure the blood albumin significantly decline in patients with chronic renal failure.2.The laboratory index changing in patients with chronic renal failure of a single application of western medicine treatment group(group B)and Chinese traditional medicine western medicine combined treatment group(group C)therapy for 6 months showed that Chinese and western medicine combined treatment group is better than western medicine alone group,because serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen can be decreased by reducing the generation of TGF-?1which can inhibit renal fibrosis,but it has not significant effects on blood albumin.3.Chronic renal failure by Chinese traditional medicine western medicine combined treatment group(group C)showed that the chronic renal failure patients with traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine on the basis of the research one 6 months can significantly reduce the TGF-?1 which has the inhibition of renal fibrosis,but had no obvious effect on albumin.4.Since the study Chinese medicine medicinal broth can inhibit renal fibrosis,improve patient hemoglobin level.5.Since the research of Chinese medicine medicinal broth have no obvious to effect on albumin in chronic renal failure. |
