The insulin-like growth factor binding protein5(insulin-like growth factor-bindingprotein5, IGFBP5) is an important member of the IGF axis, with storage IGFs, extendthe circulating half-life and stability of serum concentrations of IGFs and regulate therole of IGFs function. IGFBP5can be expressed in various tissues, The muscles in theIGFBPs with IGFBP5as the most. IGFBP5has an important role in muscle growth.Mongolian horse is a the endurance horse known. Study on IGFBP5gene of Mongoliahorse, you can learn more about the molecular mechanism of the Mongolian horseendurance exercise.In this study, the Mongolian horse as the research, thoroughbred horse as a control,the first determination of relative quantification by real-time fluorescent quantitativePCR on the expression of IGFBP5in different tissues of Mongolia horse andthoroughbred gene quantity, and obtain the expression of IGFBP5gene in two differenthorse breeds plurality organization, thereby determining the role of this gene in thetissues and organs; Followed research the differential expression of IGFBP5gene in thetraining and untraining Mongolian horse, while research the differential expression ofIGFBP5gene in different exercise period of untraining Mongolian horse, and thenanalyzes the role of the gene in the Mongolian horse endurance exercise. In this study,the following findings:(1)The IGFBP5gene is highest expression in the Mongolian horse spleen, Followedby the liver, Expression was also higher in the the Mongolian horse lung, kidney, muscle,heart, small intestine, and expression in Mongolian horse colon and cecum is low,Whichwas the lowest in the cecum. Ie: IGFBP5gene mRNA expression showing spleen> liver>lung> kidney> muscle> heart>small intestine> colon> cecum, The difference betweenthe spleen, liver, lungs, small intestine, large intestine and cecum was significantly (P<0.05); Heart, muscle, kidney, lung, no significant difference (P>0.05). The IGFBP5gene in Mongolian horse heart, liver, lung, small intestine, muscle, kidney, cecumexpressed higher than the same part of the Thoroughbred; Which the IGFBP5gene in theMongolian horse heart, lungs, small intestine expression was significantly higher than in the same part of the Thoroughbred expression (P<0.05); In the same parts of theMongolian horse liver, muscle, kidney, compared to the amount of expression in thececum Thoroughbred horse was no significant difference (P>0.05); IGFBP5geneexpression in Thoroughbred horse spleen and large intestine was significantly higherthan in the same part of the Mongolian horse (P <0.05);(2) On the untrained Mongolian horse, the IGFBP5gene expression down-regulatedin just the end of acute exercise, IGFBP5gene expression levels rose to the level of therest period after4h. By training and riding Mongolian horse relatively untrained,IGFBP5gene expression occurs raised. This indicates that IGFBP5gene expressionamount of adaptive changes occur with exercise training.
