China is a large agricultural country, rich in resources of crop straw, according to statistics,China’s annual straw total production of about700million tons, which accounted for112milliontons of wheat straw. But so much straw resource utilization was only33%, and most of the straw isburned and abandoned. The crop stalks contain a lot of fiber and rich in nutrition at the same timecan be used as energy resources, comprehensive utilization potential is very large. Effective use ofstraw not only solved the problem of environmental pollution in the straw burning, and also to easethe oil crisis and a shortage of timber. For this starting point, the present study used straw as mainraw materials and starch as the main component of the adhesive can be preparedThis research use split single-screw extruder to do extrusion pretreatment of wheat straw andgrade extruded straw. Respectively the mixture of pretreated wheat straw and graded wheat strawas raw materials are used to produce composite materials by the method of molding and researchthe impact of different levels of wheat straw on the mechanical properties of the compositematerials. This research found the following:1)The composite materials prepared by the mixed straw were the most smooth in surface, andthe surface of the composite materials got more rough with the particle size of the straw fibersreduced.2) Mechanical property of the composite materials produced by10to16mesh wheat strawfiber is the best, the mechanical property of the composite material decreases gradually withdecreasing particle size of wheat straw fiber.3) The impact of size on the mechanical properties of fiber granularity size as follows: shearstrength, tensile strength and flexural strength.4) Grading wheat straw biodegradable material degradation of the performance impact is notobvious.5) Soil burial test of various biological degradation of materials degradation test time of180days biodegradable material mass loss rate of65%, the shear strength loss rate of85%biodegradable material has good degradation of performance.
