| Maize Straw is a kind of viscoelastic material. The Mechanical properties of Maize Straw have great effect to the Compressing processing and properties of products compressed, the processing technology and the design and optimization of compressing equipments of Maize Straw. Therefore, The Mechanical properties of Maize Straw Rubbed should be studied, which will help us select the compression process, develop and optimize the compression equipments, etc.The compressibility of Maize Straw Rubbed and its creep characteristics were studied through experiments in this paper. The factors, which mainly influence the compressibility and creep of Maize Straw Rubbed, were tested in the experiments. Then the relationships between parameters were discovered after analyzing the results of experiments. Moreover, design and dynamic simulation analysis on the compressing mechanism was studied.(1) The rules of compression density influence on the compressibility of Maize Straw Rubbed were found out. The results showed that the pressure got variable with compression density changing. By means of regressive analysis, the mathematical model, in term of the relationship between bulk modulus and compressing density, was obtained under different test conditions. Meantime, the rules of initial density, compression velocity and moisture content have effect on the compressibility of Maize Straw Rubbed were found out.(2) The best compression density range of Maize Straw Rubbed was found out according to the compressibility of Maize Straw Rubbed. In respect to different initial densities compression velocities and moisture content, the range is 190~380kg/m3.(3) By the principle of Boltzmann superposition and integral theory, method of iteration and regression analysis, a method on measuring and analysing creep characteristics of Maize Straw Rubbed in the high compression under complicated strain was obtained.(4) The creep rules of Maize Straw Rubbed under different initial densities and loading were discovered. Then the rheological model of different creep stage of Maize Straw Rubbed was established, it was Burgers model.(5) Based on CAE software, the paper developed a virtual model that used for performance test of the compressing mechanism as a main mechanism for baler, the rules of displacement, velocity, acceleration of piston under different initial condition was discovered. |
