Anesthesia stress occurs on the nervous, endocrine and immune system is more complicated. Varietyof commonly used analgesics for the body will cause varying degrees of impact. Previous studiesshowed that:isoflurane can increase plasma thyroid hormone, but does not inhibit the catecholaminehormones; ketamine of plasma ATCH and COR concentration; large doses of fentanyl on thehypothalamus are inhibited also inhibit the release of catecholamines. The endocrine system diseases inhumans and animals, anesthesia and anesthetic drug selection is extremely important, anesthesia andsurgical stress response relationship with clinical anesthesia research is a research hotspot.Emulsifiedisoflurane is a newly developed but not yet applied to the clinical intravenous anesthetic, their study alsoconfined to the stage toxicity test, regional anesthesia, organ protection in small animal clinicalanesthesia is still in the blank stage. Based on the above, the Northeast Agricultural Universityveterinary surgery dog emulsified isoflurane anesthesia anesthetic effect on the respiratory andcirculatory system, a series of studies on Physiologic Index and stress-related hormones, for thepromotion of emulsified isoflurane used in anesthesia in dogs clinical basis. In this study, based on16healthy dogs as experimental animals. The dogs were allocated at randominto2groups (n=8/group): IA group: Before anesthesia intramuscular injection of atropine sulfate(0.03mg/kg),15min after intravenous bolus injection of propofol uniform (5mg/kg) for induction ofanesthesia,1.5%isoflurane anesthesia was maintained1h;EI group: before anesthesia intramuscularinjection of atropine sulfate (0.03mg/kg),15min after the use of emulsified isoflurane (6mg/kg)intravenous bolus injection for uniform induction of anesthesia (injection speed control in20s or so),then the use of intravenous continuous intravenous infusion pumps emulsification isoflurane (36mg/kg/h) to maintain anesthesia1h. Two groups of application PHILIPS-MP30of type monitorcontinuous monitoring of: breathing (RR), heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolicblood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and oxygen saturation (SpO2).5min,10min,20min,30min,40min,50min,60min,70min and80min time points record monitoring results.Quiet conditions to start anesthesia animal blood taken this to be2mL, this is the T0point intime.Respectively after15min (T1),30min (T2),1h (T3),2h (T4),6h (T5),12h (T6) and24h (T7)time points record physiological indicators of experimental animals, and have to take2ml bloodsamples waiting for inspection.Detected in dog plasma the three iodine thyroid hormone (T3), the fouriodine thyroid hormones (T4), insulin (INS), glucagon (GN), cortisol (COR), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ATCH), anti-diuretic hormone (ADH) and growth hormone (HG) changes in hormone levels. The experimental results are as follows:(1) Results for testing of dogs during physiological indicators, SBP, DBP and MAP appears in theanesthesia process reduced trend, elevated HR trends, RR relatively stable SpO2within a relativelystable range.(2)The emulsification different sevoflurane anesthesia and propofol/isoflurane anesthesia on thetrend of changes in hormone levels, in addition to the INS and GN has the same trend. Our results show that, emulsified isoflurane is on the physiological indices of dogs and the effectsof stress hormones in the body’s tolerance range, emulsified isoflurane from the perspective of stress-related hormones on the feasibility and safety of clinical anesthesia.
