The clinical anesthesia in the domestic dog with injection of anesthesia is given priority to,although the technology is simple, anesthesia of low cost, but there are still a anesthesia accidentand the occurrence of complications, and anesthesia depth is difficult to control, anesthesia thelonger the poison, side effects, the more obvious. Inhalation anesthesia can achieve goodanesthetic effect and poison side effect is small, but it need expensive anesthesia machine,anesthesia costs high, wide popularization and application still take a long time in China.Therefore, it urgently need to develop a results are strong controllability, anesthesia is high safetyand low cost of anesthesia. Emulsified isoflurane is current a new research and development hasnot yet been applied to clinical intravenous anesthesia, the research is limited to toxicity test, organprotection and regional anesthesia phase, its application in the clinical anesthesia small animals isstill in the blank stage. This test by dogs as experimental animals, emulsified isoflurane compoundfentanyl and lidocaine by trace infusion pump continuous intravenous anesthesia, with the methodof monitoring and anesthesia in the process of circulation system, respiratory system indicatorsand main biochemical project, discusses the feasibility of the application of emulsified isofluraneon clinical, it promote in the application of emulsified isoflurane anesthesia in dogs providing aclinical basis.The test is divided into four groups:simple emulsified isoflurane group (the EI groups);emulsified isoflurane, lidocaine group (EI-L group); emulsified isoflurane and fentanyl group(EI-F group); emulsified isoflurane,lidocaine, fentanyl group (EI-F-L group).Test as an inducer of each of the four groups of drugs for intravenous induction of anesthesia,induced dose:EI:1mL/kg,EI-L:0.8mL/kg,EI-F:0.6mL/kg,EI-F-L:0.5mL/kg. Intravenousanesthesia was maintained with a micro-infusion pump,maintenance dose:EI:8mL/kg· h,EI-L:7mL/kg· h,EI-F:6mL/kg·h,EI-F-L:5mL/kg·h.We used manualscoring method for monitoring the effects of anesthesia, Philips respiratoryand circulatory monitor heart rate, oxygen saturation, blood pressure, body temperaturemonitoring.Artificial the observed abdominal wall and downs movement, respiration ratemonitoring, biochemical detection using the AU5800semi-automatic biochemical analyzer.The test Results showed that the EI-F-L group anesthetic effect, sedative, muscle relaxant,analgesic effect and reach the second level of surgical anesthesia.Circulatory system monitoring shows:(1)he four groups of heart rate in anesthetized5min 10min have a transient increase EI-F-L group and EI-L group increased by less than the group EIand EI-F group.(2)four groups of blood pressure were decreased, EI slight changes in bloodpressure. EI-F-L and EI-F group and EI-L group moderate decline EI group decreased significantly.The four groups were significantlydecreased body temperature, a decrease similar to (1.8℃).(3)respiratory monitoring showed that respiratory rate to EI group significantly decreased, the otherthree groups mild effects on respiration rate; EI-F-L group of slight influence on the blood oxygensaturation, its average during the entire process of monitoring is not lower than93%, a significantreduction in the other three groups make the SpO2, present a different degree of respiratorydepression;(4) biochemical test results showed that the EI-F-L group of canine liver, kidney, heart,and pancreas function affected slightly, effect on blood fat present a short time (0.5h to2h).Comprehensive experimental results concluded that emulsified isoflurane compound fentanyland lidocaine anesthesia effect indeed, round smooth and impact on physiological and biochemicalindex of mild, high security, controllability is strong, easy operation, low cost, has greatapplication prospects in the clinical anaesthetic in dogs.
