In this paper,25%Prime EC(hetian),36%Butralin EC(hele),33%pendimethalin EC(hua yang of Shandong),37.3%Butralin EC (the shield) and other brand of suckercides’s comparison of inhibiting effectiveness were selected for yunyan87axillary buds in the year of2003,2008and2009. The results showed that33%pendimethalin EC (hua yang of Shandong) for inhibiting efectiveness is best, the average rate of inhibition were92.75%and99.61%,25%Prime EC (hetian) inhibiting effectiveness take second place. From the perspective of the tobacco production, it is better to use25%Prime EC (hetian) and37.3%Butralin EC (the shield), it is more suitable for hongta district tobacco production wide application.yunyyan87was selected as experimental object, in the time when the center of the tobacco plant flowers open and other sections for spraying with25%Prime EC(hetian).The results showed that Different spraying time of the inhibitory effect of the tobacco plant’s lateral bud is insignificant, but it is better for spring in the day of terminal leaf formation. Therefore, it can determine the time of spraying according to the actual situationyunyyan87was selected as experimental object, used different dilution multiple25%Prime EC (hetian) for spraying, the results showed that:the liquid of250,350and450diluent times are no effection for the growth of tobacco plant, the liquid of250diluent times in the whole test process to the axillary bud inhibitory effect is best, but he liquid of350diluent times for axillary bud inhibitory effect equal with the liquid of350diluent times, it is better for us to use the liquid of350diluent times from the Economic point of view.Flumetralin (225%Prime EC), yawei (37.3%Butralin EC), yanjing (36%Butralin EC) were selected for promotion and demonstration’s using in hongta district from the year of2004to2010. The results showed that the number inhibition of rate of chemical medicament was80.61%after six weeks for spraying, and the weight inhibition of rate was90.86%. But the artificial way is more worser than chemical way. From the economic perspective, It is use widely in22.4million unit of area, it can reduce The cost of222.26RMB in a unit of area, and it can increase the new value of209.72RMB in a unit of area, it is increase revenue amounted to82.67million yuan, as the the new output value and the shrinking value coefficient are0.7. The promotion funds invested a total of1.7733million RMB and the investment’s return of rate up to45.6times, and the economic benefit is obvious.
