The production and the planting area of glyphosate resistance transgenic soybean are on the top among all the transgenic plants. China, being the largest country of consumption, importing and exporting in the global, has great demand for soybean, among which mostly are glyphosate resistance transgenic soybean. Therefore, more and more people concern the glyphosate pesticide residues in the glyphosate resistance transgenic soybean. At present, it is still a puzzle that how much the determination of glyphosate pesticide residues is in the imported glyphosate resistance transgenic soybean. My essay is expected to get the accurate method of testing the determination of glyphosate pesticide residues by diphacinone sodium and ion chromatography.This paper discusses the determination of glyphosate pesticide residues by adopting HPLC, and it analyzes theinfluence whcih are from the extraction method, purified method and pre-treatment to the results of testing glyphosate. It also lists the detection minimum limits and recovery rate of glyphosate determination. The chapter three explores the optimization of extraction method, purified method and pre-treatment based on the chapter two.The study shows that HPLC and ion chromatography are suitable to be applied to the determination of glyphosate pesticide. The recovery rate of glyphosate is80%-93%and the detection minimum limit is2.5μg/mL in HPLC. It would be better to adopt the method of purificating the protein and fat with HCI or to adopt OPA Post Column Derivation. When tested the determination of glyphosate by ion chromatography, it would be better that25mM KOH becomes eluent, recovery rate of glyphosate is85%-94%and the detection minimum limit is0.015μg/mL.
