As a product of modern biotechnology, glyphosate-resistant soybean reduces people’s labor intensity and weed control costs. For these reasons, its planting area has increased year by year. Aminomethyl phosphoric acid (AMPA) is the most common metabolite of glyphosate in plants, At present the effects of glyphosate on transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean and other legumes physiological reported more, however, the effects of glyphosate metabolite AMPA on transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean and glyphosate-sensitive soybean reported less. Field studies were conducted to on transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean NEU4605and glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55include photosynthesis parameter, chlorophyll, nitrate reductase activity, nitrogenase activity, leaf total nitrogen content, leaf content of magnesium, iron ion content etc. the results as bellow:1. AMPA at0.1kg ha-1markedly reduced12.05~54.27%photosynthesis rate during3-14DAT in both transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean NEU4605and glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55compared to non-treated plants,28days after treatment, markedly reduced24.21~32.67%transpiration coefficient during3-7DAT,14days after treatment, markedly increased7.51-9.24%stomatal conductance during3-14DAT,28days after treatment; AMPA at1.0kg ha-1markedly reduced78.59~88.64%photosynthesis rate,45.65~69.16%transpiration coefficient and increased13.21~18.44%stomatal conductance during3-14DAT in both transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean NEU4605and glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55compared to non-treated plants,28days after treatment.2. AMPA at0.1kg ha-1and1.0kg ha-1markedly reduced16.18~27.48%and61.48~82.93%chlorophyll content during3-14DAT in both transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean and glyphosate-sensitive soybean compared to non-treated plants,28days after treatment.3. AMPA at0.1kg ha-1and1.0kg ha-1markedly markedly increased96.67~160.11%and58.85~136.88%nitrate reductase activity during3-14DAT in both transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean NEU4605and glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55compared to non-treated plants,28days after treatment.4. Fe3+reductase activity was not affected by AMPA in both transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean NEU4605and glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55compared to non-treated plants. 5. AMPA at0.1kg ha-1markedly increased13.81~32.88%nitrogenase activity during3-14DAT in transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybeanNEU4605compared to non-treated plants,28days after treatment, nitrogenase activity was not affected by AMPA in glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55compared to non-treated plants; AMPA at1.0kg ha-1markedly reduced50.91~62.6%nitrogenase activity during3-14DAT in glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55,28days after treatment.6. AMPA at0.1kg ha-1and1.0kg ha-1markedly reduced21.01~44.76%and22.11~61.83%NO3-N content during3-7DAT in both transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean NEU4605and glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55compared to non-treated plants, AMPA at0.1kg ha-1markedly,14days after treatment; AMPA at1.0kg ha-1markedly,28days after treatment.7.Leaf total nitrogen content was not affected by AMPA in both transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean NEU4605and glyphosate-sensitive soybean HeFeng55compared to non-treated plants.8. AMPA at0.1kg ha-1markedly reduced15.6~16.52%leaf Fe content during3-14DAT in transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean compared to non-treated plants,28days after treatment, reduced17.51~23.99%leaf Fe content during3-7DAT in glyphosate-sensitive soybean compared to non-treated plants,14days after treatment; AMPA at1.0kg ha-1markedly reduced32.63~42.91%leaf Fe content during3-14DAT in transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean compared to non-treated plants,28days after treatment, reduced36.54~44.37%leaf Fe content during3-7DAT in glyphosate-sensitive soybean,14days after treatment.9. AMPA at0.1kg ha-1markedly reduced19.77~41.78%leaf Mg content during3-14DAT in both transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean and glyphosate-sensitive soybean compared to non-treated plants,28days after treatment, AMPA at1.0kg ha-1reduced leaf Mg content by83.56%、78.89%、75.39%and18.78%at3,7,14and28days in transgenic glyphosate-resistant soybean reduced56.97~85.23%%leaf mg content during3-14DAT in glyphosate-sensitive soybean,28days after treatment.
