| The soil have a significant impact on the development of ginseng and the ginseng sponin conteng.In order to develop the technology of growing ginseng in farmland soil better, total saponin of4-5years old ginseng stem and leaf is taken as an index to appraise and study the best program of soil improvement treatment. Design combining quadratic regression and orthogonal rotation is used as the fundamental mathematic model to study total saponin content of ginseng stem and leaf followed the influence of some factors that including maize straw,pig manure, deer manure, antagonistic bacterium, bacterial chaff, etc. Statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences among them, to assess the quality of different soil improvement treatment of ginseng. The experiment results are as follows:1.The five facters on the influence of gineng main root length we can see that maize straw> pig manure> deer manure> antagonistic bacterium> bacterial chaff.The ginseng atem diameter’s order is deer manure> antagonistic bacterium> maize straw> pig manure>bacterial chaff.The single root weight’s order is maize straw> deer manure>pig manure> antagonistic bacterium>bacterial chaff.The production’s order is maize straw> antagonistic bacterium> bacterial chaff> deer manure>pig manure.The stub rate’s order is maize straw> bacterial chaff> antagonistic bacterium> pig manure> deer manure.2. The total saponin content by UV spectrophotometry, using Soemmering extraction method to extract ginseng saponin. Analyzing the pattern, in the same cultivation conditions we can discover there is a dedication sequence that maize straw>pig manure> deer manure> bacterial chaff> antagonistic bacterium.
