Livestock breeding was boomed in China in recent years, which offered much meat to citizens, meanwhile it leaded to animal-culture pollution, especially the animal fecal pollution. Compost was the best way to control the pollution and it could convert the pollution into organic fertilizer. The efficient microbial Inoculants were the key technology for compost.21 strains had been isolated from swine manure in Beijing area. Other 4 strains had been chosend for compost, including Coriolus versicolor Quel, Trichoderma viride Pers.ex Fr., Bacillus subtilis Cohn, and Penicilium chrysogenum Thom, which had been reported had high efficient for compost. Each of these 25 strains had been added into the swine manure compost. The changes of compost temperature had been detected and the sample of compost had been analyzed. These 25 strains have been classified into 6 different categories with cluster analyze based on analyze of compost sample. 1~2 strains had been selected from each category based on its effect of compost, and been combinated as a group. 4 groups of strains had been selected at last.Then each group had been added into compost process again as inoculant. The detective of compost temperature changes and analyze of the samples also were done. The result showed that there were no significant temperature changes of each test during the high temperature stage in the compost. But in the secondary fermentation stage, the temperature of the tests treated by microorganism groups got 35℃earlier than CK. It means that the process of fermentation with microorganism groups would finish before the fermentation with CK, especially with PC group.The influence of strawberry growth by different swine manure compost samples had also been studied. Results showed that there were no significant difference on leaf area between the samples tread by microorganism groups and CK. But the strawberry treated by microorganism group would be heavier than CK. The strawberry treated by PC microorganism group compost contained more Vc and sugar than other groups.The cellulase activities of each microorganism in PC group had been studied. The result showed that all of them had high activity of cellulose.The fermentation parameters of swine manure with PC microorganism inoculant had been studied with the built of an analog fermentation tank for compost. Resulats showed that the best environment for PC microorganism inoculant was: 5% accessories (dust of straw) for swine manure, the water content is 60%, the ventilation rate is 42~63 m3·m-3·d-1.
