In this experiment, five Japanese-Korean pear varieties which come from Fruit Tea Institute of Hubei Province and Nanjing Agricultural College in2006including ’Kisui’,’Prince-Nijisseiki’,’Lin Chin’,’Pre-Kisui’, Tianhuang’were used as material. To evaluate that whether they were suitable to be cultivated in Ya’an, the introduction and related tests such as field objects waiting period of observation, growth traits and fruit quality determinations were done. This could provide a reliable basis for the good cultivating of Japanese-Korean pear varieties in the south area where the wether is high temperature, humidity, and with less sunshine.Of field phenophase observations:though observations and statistical analysis of the five Japanese-Korean pear varieties’ bud germination period, the leaf expansion period, flowering, fruit ripening and leaf losing after introduced, it is found that in the Ya’an areas Introduced trial, the five varieties were shown mature early.’Kisui’ and ’Pre-Kisui’ are early maturing varieties, while ’Prince-Nijisseiki’,’Lin Chin’, and ’Pre-Kisui’ are early-mid maturing varieties. By observation and analysis of growth traits in the introduction experiment, there are no significant differences among five species about new shoot growth length, the growth and thickness of the magnitude, the fruit enlargement stage and vertical and horizontal diameter, and they are close to the country of origin, with good insect and disease resistance. In addition, it was found by the high yield survey that:’the Pre-Kisui’ and ’Prince-Nijisseiki’ had the highest yield per plant, with each13.58kg and10.54kg. Finally, through the evaluation of fruit relative external quality, found that five varieties except ’Prince-Nijisseiki’ and ’Tianhuang’ fruit surface smoothness are the best and ’Prince-Nijisseiki’ fruit surface is relatively poor, other indexes had no significant difference. The related internal qualities (the fruit varieties flavor, seed number, fleshy, stone cells, soluble solids, can titration acid, soluble sugar, vitamin C and other substance characteristics) fruits were measured. Comprehensively considering, the quality of ’Prince-Nijisseiki’ is the best——soluble solids are10.3%, soluble sugar is8.90%, every100g contains vitamin C1.992mg, edible rate is88.6%, thickness skin is0.60mm.Using reasonable-satisfaction multidimensional theory as rule, synthesis reasonable-satisfaction calculation and evaluation of12major fruit quality characteristics of five pear varieties were done. The synthetic reasonable-satisfaction of five pear varieties are respectively as follow:’Prince-Nijisseiki’0.612,’Tianhuang’0.582,’Pre-Kisui’0.557, ’Kisui’0.427,’Lin Chin’ is0.387.’Pre-Kisui’ has the best comprehensive satisfaction whose add cent item is the fruit internal quality, but its appearance quality score is small; The smallest comprehensive satisfaction is ’Lin Chin’, of which appearance quality contributions high test scores, but internal quality is poorer.The comprehensive evaluation:According to five Japanese-Korean pear varieties in the ya’an area cultivation effect comparison,’Prince-Nijisseiki’ and ’Pre-Kisui’ are above the average,’Pre-Kisui’ belongs to the Medium level, and ’Kisui’ and ’Lin Chin’ are below the average. This provides reliable reference for the introduction of related Japanese-Korean pear in southwest area. |
