Study On The Introduction Of Korean Boxwood And Cutting Technology

Heilongjiang province has a relatively arid climate,cold winter weather,and fewer evergreen trees in garden plants.Therefore,the introduction of Buxus microphylla var·koreana can enrich the landscaping plants in Heilongjiang and is of great significance.This study studied the variations and individual differences of provenances of Buxus microphylla var·koreana in three provenances of Shenyang,Dandong,and Dalian;based on this,it studied the selection techniques of the individual plants of Buxus microphylla var·koreana,and finally established the selection of single plants for introduction.The selection and selection techniques of excellent single plants in standard and introduced trials;Preliminary studies on cutting propagation techniques and cold-resistance techniques of Buxus microphylla var·koreana,initially forming the main culture techniques for the introduction of Buxus microphylla var·koreana into the Mudanjiang region.Research results show:(1)Survey and measurement of coronal shape,annual ground diameter growth,current year height,current stick diameter(measured diameter closest to the base of 2-year-old shoot as current stick diameter),branch number,shoot height,shoot freeze damage rate,and use spss11.5 The analysis of the software package confirmed that the differences between the three different provenances of Buxus microphylla var·koreana are widespread.The performance of the three provenances of Buxus microphylla var·koreana in their respective provenances was the best in Shenyang,followed by Dandong,and Dalian the worst.(2)Using the primary selection and system clustering methods to analyze Buxus microphylla var·koreana,and using the systematic clustering results to infer ideas,we can obtain individual selection criteria for Buxus microphylla var·koreana of three provenance provenances in Shenyang,Dandong and Dalian,including the trail diameter,The standard values for the values of branch diameter,current year,branch number,branch height,and crown-type single plant index were: Shenyang: 15.63 mm,1.61 mm,15.00 cm,15,39.60 cm,2.00;Dandong: 14.01 mm,2.57 mm,14.60 cm,12,22.26 cm,2.00;Dalian: 16.49 mm,2.57 mm,12.94 cm,11,31.31 cm,2.00.(3)After the introduction of single-plant selection trials,a total of 9 cold-resistant,tree-shaped and fast-growing individuals were selected.Shenyang is: sy14,sy20,sy15,sy10 four single plants.Dandong: dd11,dd10,dd15 three strains.Dalian is: dl05 and dl19 single plants.According to the cutting experiment,the rooting rate of cuttings treated with 60 mg/kg ABT for 12 h was the best.Therefore,it was considered that cuttings with 60 mg/kg ABT was the most suitable.Cold treatment can significantly reduce the frost damage of Buxus microphylla var·koreana and increase the growth of branches and branches of the year.To cultivate Buxus microphylla var·koreana in the Mudanjiang area,the seedlings of Buxus microphylla var·koreana should be treated with cold in early November.
