To some degree, the sustainable development of flue-cured tobacco industry could be affected. This study was designed to the effect of different fertilizing kinds and fertilization modes to tobacco growth and tobacco quality by compared in different periods, exploring an admission ecological fertilization model to suitable to tobacco growth of Pan Zhihua, It may provide technical reference for tobacco sustainable development of Pan Zhihua. The conclusions were as follows:1、After the application of organic fertilizers tobacco growth, yield and output value in the field, are obviously improved. Among them the promoting effect of earthworm fertilizer is obvious to the tobacco plant height growth. Soil ecological organic fertilizer has the obviously promoting effect on the growth of the blade,and has the remarkable effect of improve tobacco production and production value.2、The Fu Shizhuang is beneficial to the growth of tobacco before multi-topping. Especially has obviously stimulative effect for tobacco plant stem and leaf growth. After use of Fu Shizhuang, The proportion of superior tobacco,the medium tobacco and the average price controls are slightly below control. But, acre yield and acre output value are significantly higher than control. The Fu Shizhuang promote the accumulation of total sugar and reducing sugar of upper tobacco leaves, promote the tobacco nicotine and total nitrogen of cutters or lugs tobacco leaves content increased, the internal components tend to coordination in the underpart leaves of tobacco, especially can improve the coordination of inner chemical composition of upper tobacco leaves.Fertilizer application of tobacco could significantly improve tobacco plants vertical and horizontal growth, but the effect lower than application conventional fertilizer which application both the conventional fertilizer and the Shenliu54mineral fertilizer. Tobacco fertilizer and Shenliu54mineral fertilizers are conducive to the development of tobacco leaf,and Tobacco fertilizer effect more apparent. Tobacco fertilizer and Shenliu54mineral fertilizers can obviously improve the dry matter content of tobacco leaf,and Improve the baking resistance performance of whole tobacco plant. Tobacco fertilizer could improve the nitrogen-alkali proportion of upper tobacco leaves,but the nitrogen-alkali proportion of the underpart leaves of tobacco would reduced; Shenliu54mineral fertilizers Obviously reduced the nitrogen-alkali proportion coordination all of the tobacco leaf.3、Photosynthetic bacterial manure and tobacco potassium have significant positive effects to the tobacco leaves of field growing, tobacco production and output value obviously increase. Two kinds of foliar fertilization have different degree of stimulative effect on tobacco stems’grow, take a leaf area index method to calculate the biggest leaf area. The biggest leaf area instance is photosynthetic bacterium fertilizers> potassium> compare, photosynthetic bacterium fertilizers and potassium have significant positive effects to leaf growing, photosynthetic bacterium fertilizers’ effect is better, yield and output value of tobacco instance is photosynthetic bacterium fertilizers> potassium> compare. Shows that photosynthetic bacterium fertilizers and potassium have obviously effects on increase tobacco production and output value. Photosynthetic bacterium fertilizers and potassium got tobacco farmers’ high praise after expand it in the modern tobacco plantation from2009, advice the city-bureau company widely application.
