In this paper, take Actinidia arguta ’feng lv’ as expermetrial, study of different temperature, box-control atomospere(CA), salicylic acid(SA), Methyle Jasmonate (MeJA) and CaCl2treatment on the physiological and biochemical, system studing for Actinidia arguta fruit postharvest storage technology, Exploring the A. arguta fruit softening mechanism, provide the scientific and theoretical basis, storage and preservation of A. arguta. The main findings are as follows:1. Store in conditions of5℃,10℃and20℃, determined different temperature treatment of A. arguta, analyzed the change of fruit’s color, firmness, soluble solids, titratable acid, vitamin C (Vc) and other indicators. The results show that the low temperature can be effectively to maintain the color and firmness of the fruits, delayed the loss of titratable acid (TA) and Vitamin C, so that can effectively delay the senescence process.2. We carry out a research on the storage quality and post-harvest physiology characteristics in CA storage of A. arguta fruits using the different atmosphere components and temperature conditions. The results show that the CA storage can be helpful to keep the color and firmness of the fruits, inhibit of respiration inensity, protect the degradation of TA and Vc, and delay the senescence process. Such as5%CO2was significantly better than other treatments.3. Using the treatments of0.5mmol/L,1mmol/L,2mmol/L of SA, we measure the color, firmness, soluble solids, TA, Vc, glutathion and related enzyme activites. The results show that the treatment of SA significantly effected storage quality. The storage conditions of1mmol/LSA and1~4℃can reduce the consumption of nutrients and keep the sensory quality of fruits.4. Using the concentrations of0.15mmol/L,0.3mmol/L of MeJA on A.arguta, we analyze the firmness, soluble solids, Vc, PPO activity, POD activity and other indicators. The results show that different MeJA treatments can effectively delay the respiration intensity, inhibit the decline firmness, increase of the soluble solids, and delay the loss of TA and Vc. And, it could be able to induce the rise of POD and CAT activity, inhibit the increase of PPO and LOX activity, and enhance the resistance of A. arguta fruit organizations.5. Different concentrations of CaCl2treatment (0.5%,1%,3%CaCl2) can effectively keep the firmness, inhibit the increase of soluble solids, delay the degradation of TA and Vc, and keep the anti-aging ability of A, arguta.
