| Actinidia aruguta as a new wild kiwi resources,the most widely distributed in China and the development and utilization of high value,has been widespread concern around the world.In recent years,with the advance of the cultivation of Actinidia aruguta artificial cultivation,the production of Actinidia aruguta has reached the level of industrialization.However,the study of Actinidia aruguta is mainly focused on the evaluation of nutrient chemistry and germplasm resources,and it lacks the clear mature basis for the cultivation of the practice.Therefore,it brings a lot of inconvenience to the industrial production of Actinidia aruguta.In this experiment,"Huan you No.1" Actinidia aruguta as experimental materials,the changes of fruit quality,composition and storage of were studied in different harvesting stages.The results showed that:(1)During Actinidia aruguta ripening,the fruit weight,soluble solids and titratable acid content of fruit were increased.The fruit hardness decreased and the fruit color changed to yellowish green.The fruit weight increased significantly in September 25th and September 25th after the harvest of the fruit ripening and softening after the soluble solids content changed little,so from the taste point of view,in September 25th began to harvest is appropriate.(2)The content of total sugar,starch and vitamin C increased sharply in the late ripening of Actinidia aruguta(25-30 days),but the soluble solids content remained stable.The total phenol content fluctuated,but decreased in the later stage.From the point of view of nutrition,the later harvest time is more conducive to the accumulation of nutrients.(3)In the process of postharvest storage of Actinidia aruguta,The earlier the harvest time,the longer the ripening time and the longer storage time,but the poorer quality of storage,but the same period in the market.In conclusion,the best harvest time was determined in September 25th(105 days after flowering),during the best taste,the best quality,but the circulation time is relatively short.In order to transport the needs of transportation,appropriate early harvest,will make the quality of certain affected,so possible,as long as possible to delay the harvest period,can improve quality.Therefore,the effect of harvesting period on the fruit quality and storage of Actinidia aruguta can provide important scientific basis for the judgment of fruit ripening and the storage and transportation of Actinidia aruguta. |
