Another name of Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC.is Oxytropis verticillatum and Herb of Denseleaf Crazyweed,its inflorescence is light purple,with group planting of elegant and beautiful.Resistance of strong, trampling on foot-resistant,with a good landscape effects. the ground part of composition is flavones, flavones compound has the health care function of strengthening the immune system, promoting blood circulation, anti-inflammatory antimicrobial, inhibiting tumor, expansion of blood vessels, lowering blood lipids and so on.It is a worthy research, development and utilization of new resources of wild plants.In the experiment, O. myriophylla (Pall.) DC. was used as the experimental materials to study on tissue culture and rapid propagation and alkalinity stress.1、Through the determination of the seed vigor,we come to know that the seeds of germination rate is more than90%in the year of July,August,September,October November,but decline sharply in December and almost lose their ability to germinate in the following year of March.The seeds stress on10%mmol/L NaHCO3that germination rate decreased slightly to90%,germination index increased slightly,but the vigor index increased to61.5which rised9.1comparing with the CK.Protective enzyme system is essentially unchanged. The seeds stress on25%mmol/L NaHCO3that germination rate, germination index and vigor index are all fallen.MDA,SOD,POD are all increased. The seeds stress on50%mmol/L NaHCO3that germination rate, germination index and vigor index are all fallen. MDA,SOD both are rised,but POD went down which show the cell mode system of seed was hurt.Under alkaline srressed,the seed not only to fight osmotic stress or ion toxicity,but also against the PH effect.2、In the process of rapid propagation of O. myriophylla (Pall.) DC. we come to know that the best effect of stems is used2%NaCIO disposed3min, its ratio of pollution and survival is relatively good. the best substrate of germination is MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L which grow well. the best substrate of proliferating is MS+0.5mg/L6-BA+0.2mg/LNAA which proliferation index is7.3. the best substrate of rooting culture is1/2MS+0.1mg/LNAA which is the longest to4.2and the number is the largest to4.6.3、Using50mmol/L NaHCO3and Na2CO3mixed solution to make up different concentration of PH which is7.828.419.0210.13sress on O. myriophylla (Pall.) DC.It shows that its alkali resistance is stronger.It can survive in weak alkaline and alkaline environment.Relative conductivity and MDA increase gradually with the time going and stress level rising.PH7.82and8.41rising is not obvious which shows cell membrane has a certain tolerance. SOD、POD and Soluble Protein content decrease first and then increase.After20days relieving stressed,in the30days the indicators of PH7.82and PH8.41back to the non-srtess level shows that Oxytropis myriophylla (Pall.) DC. has a certain degree of adaptability to the environment of alkali.But the indicators of PH9.02and PH10.13are much different with the control.
