Using Nitraria sibirica Pall seeding as material,this experiment explore response mechanism of Nitraria sibirica Pall under different soda alkali stress by determined changes of physiological index with different concentration stress(0?100?200?300?400mmol/L)of NaHCO3 in 21 days.The results showed that the saline-alkali stress led excessive damage to plasma membranes of Nitraria sibirica Pall cells and caused electrolyte leakage,which affected the cell membrane permeability,and made it increased;Both proline content and soluble protein content of Nitraria sibirica Pall blade were increased after stress treatment,which showed that saline-alkali stress could trigger out Nitraria sibirica Pall's natural defense or accommodation,thus producing large number of proline and soluble protein;Accumulation of proline contributed to chlorophyll synthesis,and made content of chlorophyll increased compared with the control group;Malondialdehyde content was also increased compared with the control group,and content increases with the increase of concentration;POD,SOD,CAT,APX,along with the salt concentration increases and the extension of time,presented overall downward trend after rising,but the activity were all higher than the control group.The experiment results above has come to a conclusion that Nitraria sibirica Pall suppress reactive oxygen species induced by saline-alkali stress through maintaining high activity of antioxidant enzymes and accumulate large amount of proline and soluble protein at the same time to resist the damage of salinity-alkalinity stress environment.
