In the northwest of China, drought, adequate light and large temperature difference between dayand night is conducive to plant photosynthetic and sugar accumulation. Area of Hexi in Gansu is wellknown as the best place to produce the wine grape. But this area wine grapes are buried in order tosafely live through cause the colder winter,. And climate variability, each year will still be caused byroot frozen. Not only reduces the yield and quality of the wine grape but also leads to prematureaging. Grafted use the wine grape and rootstocks of resistance can get the wine grape graftedseedings with strong resistance.This is the best way to solve the cold resistance problem in Hexi areaof Gansu.In this study,22kinds of the wine grape cultivars and rootstock provide by wine grapeproject team of college of life science and technology, Gansu agricultural university. Comparing ofdifferent wine grape and rootstock of resistance by field colonization, statistics and testing ofphysiological and biochemical indexes. Determine the resilience characteristics of wine grape androotstock varieties under the arid condition in Hexi area. And providing a theoretical basis forselecting grafted seedings of rootstock and scion and grafted combinations. The results were asfollows:1. Through the testing of physiological indexes. and germinating situation in winter fromdifferent wine grape and rootstock under the condition of drought. The results showed that: Therootstock of winter germination rate are significantly higher than the wine grape’s. The comparisonof germination rate in different grape were as follows: Beta>520A> Ln33> Shanhexi>5BB> SO4>101-14>110-R>CabernetFranc>LDP294=Fenghuang51=PinotNoir>Merlot184>Vidal>Merlot347.With the increasing of temperature, the growth coefficience of rootstock was lower than thescion,And this result may showed that when they are in a suitable growth environment developmentof nutrition was faster than rootstock.2. Analyzing of CAT activities, POD activities, PPO activities, SOD activities, MDA content,soluble sugar content and Pro content among20kinds of different wine grape cultivars androotstocks from July to November. By using the method of fuzzy mathematics function, we can ordereach varietie according to the ability of drought resistance from the strongest to weakest as follows: 520A>Shanhexi>Beta>5BB>Ln33>SO4>Beibinghong>LDP294>Zuoyouhong>101-14>PinotNoir222>3309C>110-R>54-4-271>PinotNoir292>PinotNoir777>CabernetFranc>CabernetSauvignon>Merlot184> Merlot347. Stability analysis of20kinds of different wine grape cultivars and rootstocksphysiological indicators showed that SOD, soluble sugar and Pro correlation coefficient above0.90,CAT, POD, PPO and MDA were below0.880.2. Analyzing of CAT activities, POD activities, PPO activities, SOD activities, MDA content,soluble sugar content and Pro content among20kinds of different wine grape cultivars androotstocks after deal with low temperature stress in0℃,﹣7℃,﹣15℃,﹣20℃,﹣30℃,﹣70℃.By using the method of fuzzy mathematics function, we can order each varieties according to theability of drought resistance from the strongest to weakest as follows: Beta> Shanhexi>520A>LDP294>5BB>Beibinghong>Zuoyouhong>Ln33>3309C>101-14>SO4>Pinot Noir222>54-4-271>Pinot Noir777> Pinot Noir292> Cabernet Franc>Fenghuang51> Merlot347>Merlot184. Stability analysis of19kinds of different wine grape cultivars and rootstocksphysiological indicators after deal with low temperature showed that POD, PPO, SOD, MDA andPro correlation coefficient above0.94, CAT and soluble sugar were below0.739.According to the results of the research, we would got good stress resistance cultivars ofrootstocks are Beta, Shanhexi,520A,5BB and Beibinghong, can be consider as a rootstock. winegrape are Beibinghong, Zuoyouhong, Pinot Noir222, Pinot Noir777and Pinot Noir292, can beconsider as a scion. POD, PPO, SOD, MDA, soluble sugar and Pro can be used as a relatively stableevaluation index on resistance of wine grape under the arid condition.
