| ã€Objective】In order to compare the cold resistance of the 4 grape wine cultivars and select better resistant cultivars to cold stress.ã€Method】Annual branches of 3 grape wines ‘Beibinghong’,’Zuoyouhong’,’Double red’ introduced from Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and local major cultivar ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ in Institute of Shihezi Grapes were used as experiment materials. The branches were placed at-12℃,-17℃,-22℃,-27℃ and-32℃, respectively. Branches kept at 4℃ was taken as the control treat ment. Relative conductivity, soluble sugar, soluble protein, proline, malondialdehyde, superoxide dis mutase, peroxidase and catalase activity of different cultivars were measured in the experiment. The semi-lethal temperatures of the tested cultivars were calculated by conductance method with application of Logistic equation and cold resistance of different cultivars was compared using varia nce and principal component analysis.ã€Result】 1 Results showed that relative conductivity, MDA content,CAT activity and soluble protein content of 4 cultivars increased as temperatures decreased, and SOD activity, soluble sugar content and proline content first increased and then decreased, whereas POD activity decreased. 2 Principal component analysis presented that the contribution of principal component 1 was 57.743%, principal component 2 contributed 32.264%, and principal component 3 contributed 9.993%.The first two principal components contributed 90.007%(more than 80%) to the accumulation of integrated cold resistance, which reflected most of the information and were used to evaluate comprehensively. Principal component 1 contained the information of relative conductivity, MDA content, CAT activity, soluble protein content and proline content. Principal component 2 contained the information of SOD, soluble sugar content and proline content. 3 Through principal component analysis and the results of semi-lethal temperature judging cold resistance, we found that the cold hardiness of ’Double red’,’Zuoyouhong’ and ’Beibinghong’ were better than native ’Cabernet Sauvignon’.ã€Conclusion】The cold resistance order of the 4 wine grape cultivars was ‘Double red’ > ‘Zuoyouhong’ > ‘Beibinghong’ > ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ through principal component analysis. |
