There are large area of wine grapes in eastern foot of Helan Mountain,which are subject to the shortage of water and.excess of water, We study the influence of irrigating quota and irrigation cycle on the growth and development of Carbernet Sauvignon. The research provide theoretical basis for cultivation mode of wine grape in the eastern food of Helan Mountain areas. The results show that:(1)From the change rule of soil moisture,the irrigation quota of 350 m3/667m2 was suitable,the soil moisture distribution depth and width are both in the main root system distribution range and water maintain for a long time,which is the best irrigation quota;(2)From the growth and development,the irrigation quota of 350 m3/667m2 was good,new tip was moderate,vice tip was moderate,vice pin number was less, can greatly reduce the processing branches of artificial and respiration useing during the remaining period of grape,recommended as the best irrigation quota;(3) From the production and quality,irrigation quota of 350 m3/667m2,the yields highest up 542.5 kg/667m2, at the same time,the quality is good,increased the soluble solids and total sugar, reducd total acid of the grapes,sugar acid ratio increases,Increase the content of total phenols and phenolic, promote the fruit mature ahead of time,advantageous to the tree body nutrient return and Accumulation after harvest. Recommended for irrigation quota; So, you can choose suitable irrigation quota according to the taraget yield;(4) From the growth and development,irrigation quota of 350 m3/667m2,in forming stage and flowering period decrease irrigation cycle was good for the chlorophyll and the new tip,Increase Irrigation cycle in fruit enlargement period can control the growth of plant height,conducive to nutrient transformation and accumulation in the late.(5) From the yield and quality,irrigation quota of 350 m3/667m2,Increase Irrigation cycle in firuit enlargement period and wersion, the yield up 430 kg/667m2 and the best quality,increased the soluble solids and total sugar,reducd total acid of the grapes,sugar acid ratio increases,increased the total phenol and tannin content promote the fruit mature ahead of time,advantageous to the tree body nutrient return and Accumulation after harvest. Recommended for irrigation quota;So, you can choose suitable irrigation cycle according to the main goal in production;(6) In a word, The irrigation quote of wine grapes in the eastern food of Helan Mountain is 430 m3/667m2, using the technology of integral control of water and fertilization,irrigation frequency is 22 times,in the whole stages, moreover, in the spring and winter irrigation quota was.40 m3/667m2, in forming stage and flowering period,use small irrigation quota and larger irrigation cycle in fruit enlargement period and coloring period use larger irrigation quota and small irrigation quota.
