| The vibration generated from an air nailer can be transmited from the gun to its handle then from the operator’s hand to his whole body. The frequent and violent vibrations do harm the operator’s health. Thus it’s an urgent problem starving for solving. At present the designing of the vibration-reduced air nailer handle has just started, the relative research is less known. On this situation, according to the vibrating test requirements for hand-held pneumatic tools, taking the XU10021 Air Nailer made by some local enterprise as example and the finite element software ANSYS Workbench as calculating platform, this article analyses the acceleration for the whole gun vibration and then further discusses the effectiveness of the vibration-reducing scheme.Based on the analysis for the air nailer’s structure, this article extracts the math model of the gun’s handle vibrating system, puts forward the key points of its vibration-reducing design and many vibration-reducing schemes. With flexible dynamics method and according to the different schemes for various materials, thickness of the gun’s leather coat and different leather coat -handle matching structures, it also calculates the mean square value for the whole gun’s vibrating acceleration and the all round vibrating acceleration, as well as discusses the effectiveness of the vibration-reducing scheme. This research indicates that the vibrating acceleration for air nailers and other hand-held pneumatic tools can be analyzed with the flexible dynamics method. Meanwhile the analysis for it with ANSYS Workbench software gives theoretic foundation and instruction for the gun’s vibration-reducing handle design. |
