With the advance of urbanization construction and frequent natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, the number of abandoned construction waste was gradually increased every year, these construction waste caused serious environmental pollution, how to change waste material into things of value become one of the hot spot of current research. The recycle of concrete has become one of the current ways to change waste material into things of value to solve the environmental pollution. In the process of making use of recycled aggregates, recycled fine aggregate is used to make wall materials of great operability. Because of mechanical performance requirements of ordinary wall materials such as brick and mortar is not higher than that of the main structure of beam, plate and the column.This paper firstly made research on physical properties of recycled fine aggregate, such as grain size distribution, apparent density, bulk density, porosity, water absorption and silt content, etc. Then it expounds the production technology of recycled fine aggregate concrete hollow block, residual compressive strength of recycled fine aggregate concrete hollow block is studied under the normal temperature and after high temperature, and flexural strength under normal temperature. Finally it made research on the consistence, layered, density and compressive strength of regenerated lime cement mortar.The research on physical properties of the recycled fine aggregate is according to the required basic experiment method of "recycled fine aggregate concrete and mortar". Preparation of recycled fine aggregate concrete hollow block consider the influence factors of the content of recycled fine aggregate, according to "the concrete small hollow block test method" to make compressive strength and bending test. Then the batch of recycled fine aggregate concrete hollow block is put under different high temperature environment, and its quality and residual compressive strength are measured after cooling. Through the recycled fine aggregate make up regeneration lime cement mortar, considering the influence of replace rate of recycled fine aggregate, measure its consistency, layered, density and compressive strength.The study results obtain the following three points:(1) Silt content and bibulous rate of recycled fine aggregate are increased than natural river sand, the rest of the measured physical performance indicators are reduced.(2) Under the same of other effect conditions to regeneration concrete hollow block compressive and bending, with the increase of replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate, the compressive and flexural strength is less. In the same replacement rate condition of recycled fine aggregate, temperature rises, after cooling the compressive strength decreases, ignition loss increases. Under the same temperature conditions, with the increase of replacement rate of recycled fine aggregate, ignition loss increases, compressive strength reduces.(3) Under the replace rate increasing from 0 to 100% by range of 10%, the change of consistence and layered degree of regenerated lime cement mortar to meet the requirements of the masonry mortar, but strength is lower than that of the natural lime cement mortar.
