The advantages of the cement concrete pavement with high strength, good stability and good durability make it be used broadly worldwide in the highway construction.But the disadvantages of its poor skid-resistance durability and higher noise always puzzle road engineers and researchers in all kinds of countries. So far, the highwayconstructions in China will turn into a new developing period. People raise the higher need for safety and comfort performance of roads. Expose-aggregate cement concrete pavement in foreign countries is also known as the"Quiet Concrete Pavement", it has very optimistic application. But it is lack of systematic study of exposed-cement concrete pavement performance. Therefore, how to make the EACCP performance are brought into full play, which have very important and practical significance.This paper is analysis the theoretical mechanism of anti-sliding, noise, and the features on the surface affect the road surface performance. The largest particle size were used 9.5mm, 16mm, 26.5mm of pieces of exposed-aggreagte concrete sample, were measured anti-slide value, strucure depth, and exposed-degree in laboratory. And pick up the test point on test road to test the noise, strucure depth, and anti-slide performance. Though visual observation and the depth to analysis the segregation of EACCP, and test measured by unit area of the exposed-degree and the strucure depth. At the same time, though the digital imaging technology to analysis the structure depth from the photos which is representative of the EACCP with least squares method and the software.This paper is research on the finer ralationship between the EACCP anti-slide, reduce-noise performance and exposed-degree, strucure depth, and suggest the best expose-degree range from 40 to 55, the best strucure depth range from 0.8mm to 1.0mm for agasinst the EACCP anti-slide, reduce-noise performance optimization objectives. Then , based on the anaylsis cause of the segregation of exposed-aggregate concrete, proposed the measures which against the special construction technology with EACCP to improve the segregation of it. At the same time application of visual and strucural depth to test and anaylsis the EACCP segregation, and then, judgement the test road segregation with the ratio of the depth, exposed-degree. Application of digital image technology to allow the pavement strucure depth can be more intuitive to be in the computer storage and display.The result of research of this paper is pracitcal and pertinent. It is not only to provide a frame of reference that give full play to the EACCP performance with high anti-slide, reduce-noise. And through digital imaging technology greatly simplifies the experiment workload.
