The Relationship Between Wengding Wa Ethnic Village’s Settlement Space And Aboriginal People’s Residential Behavior

There are many kinds of nation and culture on the earth, different nation and culturemake different local customs and practices. People choose their way of life from differentliving environment. Gradually, along with more and more people choose the same way, theycreated the culture of their nation of their area. People changed the environment according totheir culture and created the space for living. It is the settlement.We investigated Wa Ethnic Village——Wengding, and analysis the settlement space and’aboirginal peoples residential behavior Through the analysis, we want to find out the essenceand identity of the Wa ethnic culture.Th’rough a large-scale visit of Yunnans traditional settlements, I selected Wengding asthe object of study, and investigated the settlement space and aboriginal peopl’es residentialbehavior from micro, medium and tiny view.W’e got the space data and peoples behavior habit from drawing the plan of the house inthe Wengding and covering the aboriginal people.On that basis, we try to find the inherent laws of the change of settlement space, and theessentiality of different residential behavior from quantitative analysis.In the end, according to the results of the analysis, we find the relationship of the spaceand behavior.
