Abstract:In recent years, the transportation infrastructure is accelerating in China, localities have proposed building a regional transport hub or logistics centers, in fact, it is difficult to achieve. Meanwhile, China has a large number of mountain cities, which have also made a similar goal. This essay will take the mountain valley regional hub city to study, firstly analysis the Connotation, composition conditions and elements of the transport hub, and then summarizes the core support elements by analyzing cases.Reasonable mode of transit is the key to supporting the development of the transport hub city, for the mountain cities, domestic scholars have not yet studied the transit mode. Wiith case analysis, this essay sums up the typical transit mode of mountain city for two kinds, one is solving the problem of cross-border traffic by peripheral highway, and the other is "highway+transit road" mode.At the same time, for the confusion of domestic transportation hub positioning, the paper advances that the hub positioning should be hierarchical. Finally, taking Panzhihua for example, the paper studies the transport hub location problem of Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou region, pointing out that the Panzhihua is the first level transportation hub of the region, Dali, Zhaotong is the second-level transportation hub of the region, other cities are important nodes. Combining with traffic elements of hub city, the paper plans trunk road network of Panzhihua, and it also plans transit routes of Panzhihua by the results of the mountain city transit mode.
