The Construction And Application Of The Quality Control System Of Rail Transit Project Construction

Quality problems were exposed with the development of rail transit in recent years in China. Among the stakeholders of city rail transit project construction, the project construction units is the key participant to ensure the construction quality. The level of quality control in the project construction units directly influences the quality level of the final output project.To strengthen the quality management of the project construction units, and build the scientific and reasonable quality control system, is the very important to improve quality level.Based on TQM theory and system analysis method, the factors influencing the quality were analysed,as well as the system structure and system characteristics of the quality control system of rail transit project construction units. The inter-city rail transit projectin in Pearl River Delta was taken as ase in this article. the construction and application of the quality control system of rail transit project construction units were studied, and the main contents include:The quality control principles and target were analysed;The framework was built, and its operation mechanism was elabrated. How to identify and control the key factors affecting the quality based on fishbone diagram was stated. The evaluation on the quality control plan was studied based on quality cost analysis method and AHP method.the continuous improvement of quality was described based on PDCA cycle method. Finally, the project application results show that, the proposed quality control system can solve the engineering construction quality problems, and the application effect is good, thus have certain theory meaning and project demonstration value.
