Abstract/Summary:
TRIZ theory is an advanced innovative methodology, to a certain extent, which enhance the technology innovation competitiveness of domestic enterprises at home and abroad during its introduction. Through multinational practical application over many years, TRIZ is found that there are some deficiencies itself, and now,it only aim at the problem which are made sure to tell people "how to do", but can’t explain "what to do" specifically. In addition, the conditions on which the specific problem to be resolved is uncertain, can’t TRIZ theory give specific application process.In this article, the TRIZ theory and value engineering (Value Engineering, referred to as VE) of the traditional innovative method are to be integrated study to aim at these problems. Respectively studying the features and processes of TRIZ and VE in product innovation or improvement and so on, to further analyze themselves’advantages and disadvantages, and then, to create the complementary advantages integrated model as the core of TRIZ theory. Taking the glue applicator of carton packaging industry for example, innovating the glue applicator in accordance with the integration process, and combined with the Pro/Innovator6.0of the computer aided innovation software.The specific main work which is finished is as follow:(1) Sorting out the development vein of TRIZ theory and analyzing current domestic TRIZ theory system, and on this basis,summing up a new TRIZ content system,which contain almost current TRIZ tools involved, and trying to alternately introduce the major tools of TRIZ during introducing the modules of Pro/Innovator6.0of CAI software.(2) Introducing the main workflow and the main tools of VE in detail. On the basis of analyzing the limitations of TRIZ and VE, sort out the integrated basis of TRIZ and VE. Starting with whether the problem resolved is certain or not, to construct a product design model based on the TRIZ/VE integrated. The model proposed:①the problem resolved is not sure.in which case people can use the tools of VE, as the selection of object, information collection, clarifying the function requirement, functional analysis, functional evaluation and so on, to find out the problem-solved.②adding a "general solution evaluation" tool which logic similar to the thinking of functional evaluation of VE, after the application of TRIZ to receive many general solutions.③in the project evaluation stage, so that providing sufficient foundation and convenience for the selection of the optimal solution based on different situations, quantifying the ideality of TRIZ with the quantitative methods of the value of VE, and then, integrating the ideality which is quantified and program evaluation method of VE into model.(3) innovating the glue applicator and getting the final innovation program in accordance with the integration process, and combined with the Pro/Innovator6.0at the same time.
