Along with social progress and economic development and the living standards improvement,analysis instrument is more and more,function is more richness,enzyme immunoassay analyzer is a new type of medical equipment based on enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.At present,the domestic enzyme immunoassay analyzer is in the research and development design stage,the product is less,product update iteration speed is far from enough,the market competition is insufficient,it is difficult to meet the current domestic demand.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the existing products or develop new products to enhance market competition.In the process of product design,scientific and reasonable design system can improve the design efficiency and reduce the development cycle.Therefore,it is of practical significance to design and guide the design of automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer.Based on the above background,this paper deeply studies the product design process.Product design is divided into the three stages of conceptual design,structure design and performance analysis.In the concept design stage,the introducing functional analysis theory(FA)solves the lack of levels process that the product function transfer structure.At the same time,FA can quickly analyze the relationship between function and structure,the using TRIZ invention principle guides to solve the problem of structure design.Product performance verification phase,using virtual prototype technology(VP)solve the traditional design process that physical prototype design verification slowly response phenomenon.Based on the comprehensive analysis of product design theory,the product innovation design system of TRIZ,FA and VP is proposed,which is applied to the design of automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer.Automatic enzyme immunoassay analyzer is based on biological luminescence enzyme immunoassay detection method.The instrument function must satisfy the detection process to realize the automation process.Based on the FA,established the system of function—behavior—structure analysis,quickly find the technical problems.Based on TRIZ,the contradiction matrix is established,and the invention principle is obtained to guide the design solution.Finally,the reasonable innovation scheme is established,and the core mechanism that is the sample system is the designed and calculation.Based on VP the working process of the innovative project is analyzed.the use of ANSYS for the thermal analysis of the heating system simulation,verify the rationality of the functional structure design.
