With the rapid development of industry, the liquid dangerous cargo traffic of the Yangtze River is gradually on the increase. The liquid dangerous cargo is flammable, explosive, strong corrosive, toxic and radioactive. The technical condition of dangerous liquid ships is poor, and there are many aging ones. And the low individual quality of inland shipping employees increase the risk of accidents. In recent years, the number of liquid dangerous cargo traffic accident is about10%of the total accidents. Although relevant departments have formulated relevant laws and regulations to standardize the various important segments of the water transportation of dangerous cargo, however, there is little research on using technology to protect the safety of inland water liquid dangerous cargo transportation, especially on full, real-time monitoring.In order to protect the safety of inland liquid dangerous cargo transportation, the paper relies on the liquid dangerous cargo ship state monitoring key technologies and application demonstration project, researches the key technologies of inland shipboard liquid dangerous cargo safety state monitoring and early warning. For the problem of the low traditional mechanical measurement accuracy and the data of level can not be obtained in real time, propose and realize the real-time monitoring on liquid dangerous cargo level by using of high-precision radar level gauge. Research and implement the method of liquid dangerous cargo state data collection which based on Modbus RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) protocol, and pre-process the state data to improve the measurement accuracy. Use MEMS-based inertial sensor to acquire ship motion gesture, and then make use of list, trim correction model to calculate the level of cargo tank and the volume of cargo in real time. Design a encoding format for ship shore data transmission, use the existing data collection terminal to efficiently transmitte state information, ship motion gesture and other data to ashore management center. In the simulation experiment, the paper uses the temperature sensor, pressure sensor and radar level gauge to accomplish the measuring experiments of temperature, pressure and the height of liquid level, analysis of the accuracy and signal stability of the sensors, to ensure that the sensors can meet the requirements. The shipboard liquid dangerous cargo state monitoring and early warning system developed in this paper can provide complete solution for dangerous cargo transportation, and the development of the system apparently enhances the safety of the water liquid transportation of dangerous cargo, while protect the environment, personal and property safety.
