Transport Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period2030as the target plants proclaimed integration into the global transport space, the development of export of transport services and the implementation of the transit potential of the country in the international transport corridors. One of the main objectives aimed at achieving this goal is the development of logistics infrastructure in the multi-modal transportation hubs and sea ports located in the gravity zone for national and international transport corridors, creating a backbone of terminal complexes and logistics centers in the country.Developed master plans for port hubs should be based on the main postulates of transport logistics. First of all, it is about the development of proposals to improve the interaction between the various transport modes and operators in the transport hubs on the rational organization of transport in the maintenance of international transport corridors.Our purpose of researching is to find optimizations for solve Russian maritime logistic infrastructure disadvantages by finding a decisions in transport innovations and using a more effective and useful modern vessels for Russian transport complex.
