At the meantime, the design ofgeneral scheme of establishing large bulk cargo at Rizhao Port is completed.Finally, the article also studies the problems in establishing bulk cargo logisticinformation platform, analyzes the overall structure, related elements and data flowprocess, and puts forward technical scheme and safety measures of establishing largebulk cargo information platform in accordance with logstic characteristic of RizhaoPort.The article makes research based on actual situation, combines effectivelyqualitative research and quantitative analysis, and puts forward a new measure forport management people and researchers concerned at home and abroad to exploreand research modern port logistic development model and planning.
