The Subway Contract System And Bidding Scheming Research Based On WBS

The subway project involves complex profession, long construction period, numerous contracts and contractors, these properties determine the subway project contracts may full of defects and many uncertain factors. In order to prevent the disputes and claims which are caused by the original deficiency of contracts, and strengthen the project contract management, prior-period contract system scheming is particularly important. Bidding is a process that owner of the project contract construction and choose the optimal contractor and by means of bid invitation, subway has large-scale, if tender fails, contracts can’t be signed on time, the follow-up works will be severely affected and even can’t started as scheduled. bidding planning work is conducted prior to bidding preparation, in order to reach not only select the best contractors, can also with the purpose of the contract time of corresponding contract.This paper is from the perspective of the owner, on the basis of subway project WBS (work breakdown structure), to collect some cases, take the ZhengzhouMetro as an example, It mainly discuss the contract scheming process and except to connect all work together through the contract line, because of the numerous contracts,it is important to coordinate contract system.Secondly, analysing and comparing contract model, on the basis of the subways builded, to provide advice for ZhengzhouMetro project contracting mode.Finally, choosing ZhengzhouMetro as an example, the project schedule is connected with bidding scheming, to analyze the main works operation time in bidding planning and so on, so as to achieve the implementation of the contract in accordance with the progress of the plan.
