Mainly has the following contents.(1)Explain the advantages of TBM excavation and secondary lining simultaneous construction:reduce the exposure time of the surrounding rock, secondary lining in a timely keep up, ensure the stability of the tunnel hole body, greatly shorten the construction period, Improve the mechanical utilization, saving construction costs.(2)Lining Template trolley and Facilities for the design, focus on how to reduce or avoid mutual interference constraints. Rapidly achieve the conversion of cross-operation process,Template trolley fast stripping positioning,The concreting and tunnel mucking synchronization processes.(3) Analysis the stress of the template trolley designed specifically for Zhongtianshan Tunnel, draw their cross-sectional、stiffness are meet the design requirements, And the overall is also meet stability requirements.
