Currently, the belt conveyor continuous mucking system has become an important development direction of the tunnel mucking transport system, but the continuous belt conveyor which is the key equipment of this system has mainly relied on imports, so it is necessary to design and research the continuous belt conveyor. The continuous belt conveyor is a long distance and high power large belt conveyor and dedicated to the mucking of the long tunnel, the problem of its dynamic characteristics is very prominent in the non-steady conditions, the traditional belt conveyor design method has been unable to meet its design requirements, it is necessary that the dynamic analysis technology is adopted for its design research.In this paper, firstly the original data of the conventional design is determined by studying out tunnel engineering and designing the scheme of belt conveyor continuous mucking, and after the two key problems on the design of the intermediate driver device and the calculate of the tensioning force of the automatic tensioning device are solved, the initial parameters that the dynamic simulation needs are obtained by the conventional design of the continuous belt conveyor. Then the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the conveyor belt are discussed, it is confirmed that the Kelvin model is used as a dynamics model of the conveyor belt by the comparative analysis of the characteristics of the two kinds of conveyor viscous-elastic model. After that, the discrete mechanical model of the continuous belt conveyor is established with the finite element method, according to the mechanics model the dynamic equations of each unit of the model are established, thereby obtaining the dynamic equations of overall unit, the assignment method of each parameter in the dynamic model is also studied. In the end, according to the characteristics of the continuous belt conveyor dynamical model, the Wilson-θ method is selected as the numerical method of the dynamic equation. A flow chart of the simulation program is obtained based on the solving steps of the inverse problem of continuous belt conveyor, and the dynamic simulation program is written using MATLAB. The simulation experiment of the continuous belt conveyor is conducted with the simulation program, and simulation results are analyzed in order to optimize the results of the conventional design.Based on the continuous belt conveyor dynamic analysis this paper provides a theoretical basis and sample for its design and development and has certain reference significance.
