The Comparison Analysis And Strategy Selection Of Environmental Sanitation Management Model Of Lanzhpu City

Urban environmental sanitation management, as an essential part of urban modernization and link, is more and more recognized and paid attention to by people in the process of continuous development of the society. Urban environmental sanitation management is one of the important contents of urban environmental protection work, whose main role is to implement the comprehensive management of urban sanitation and to maintain clean and tidy of the city through administrative, legal, economic, technical measures, in accordance with the natural ecological law, the objective economic law and the modern city construction and management, building coordinated and sustainable macro environment of the urban environmental sanitation management and economic development. One of the most important public goods provided by the government is the urban environmental sanitation, which is like a mirror, directly reflecting the government’s image and mental outlook. It also plays a vital role as to promote the level of economic development and to affect the work quality of life.In recent years, as the level of economic and social development has a qualitative improvement and leap of Lanzhou city, the urban construction scale expands unceasingly, and people’s living standard is increasing day by day, as a result of which people’s requirement in the city environmental health management is becoming more and more high, and it the meantime that highlights the management service system reform of it is relatively backward. There formed the contradiction with the need of the fast urban development. Although the government investment in the environmental health management is gradually increasing and reform measures are also gradually diversifying, humane, making some achievements, it is still unable to meet the needs of urban development to people.Based on two clues of the theory and practice, this paper first expounds the thesis related theoretical connotation and second analyzes the geographical climate in Lanzhou city, discussing in detail on strategies and existing problems in environmental health management of Lanzhou City. Furthermore, it analyzes the reason of the problems in Lanzhou urban environmental sanitation management by comparing the domestic advanced experience in environmental health management and development model of eastern cities. Then, with the market-oriented operation as the breakout, the improvement scheme design of Lanzhou urban environmental sanitation management is proposed in the paper by using the experience of the development of other cities. Finally, security measures are put forward from seven aspects, such as the organization structure, human resources optimization, the technology innovation and so on.
