The Assessment Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry’s Undertaking Environment In The Western Region

Industrial undertaking environment is new research area accompanied with the transfer of industries. At present, China’s industrial transfer has entered into a new phase, and its tendency has become increasingly obvious. Domestic theorists have a very vague definition of the concept, and in particular, it is often confounded with the investment environment, which causes much inconvenience in the research. Good environment for the industrial undertaking is fundamental for attracting industrial transfer. All decision-making should be based on the industrial undertaking environmental assessment, to be accurate and efficient. The content takes western region undertaking as an example, establishing an evaluation index system of industrial undertaking environment, which aims to provide professional parties in the industry with the statistical basis and decision support, and then to explore ideas to optimize the industrial undertaking environment.In this paper, a method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted, based on the principle of establishing index system, to build an fundamental undertaking environment consisting of five-level indicators,14secondary indicators and26factors form the basis undertake environment and an industrial undertaking environment consisting of the six-level indicators and15factors.This paper consists of five parts. Part I introduces the research background and significance of the papers, difficulties of the relevant literature, research ideas and methods. The second part defines the practical significance of industrial undertaking environment and the assessment methods. The third part introduces the construction of environmental evaluation principles and design ideas of industrial undertaking environment. In the fourth and the fifth part the example of the western provinces to undertake the equipment manufacturing industry is analyzed and assessed, and comments and suggestions on the basis of the empirical analysis to optimize the western provinces of industrial undertaking environment are also made.
