Study On The Construction Of Standard System On Bamboo Structural Engineering Materials

Compare to the common ways to construct the standard system, such as classification, processing, modularization, three-dimensional coordinate way, the present situation and characteristic of bamboo structural engineering materials in China, the paper selected standardization system engineering as the constructing way of bamboo structural engineering materials.Depending on the logic analytical way of "the hard system" of standardization system engineering, the system is analysed trough question definition, targets establishment, requirement, constraint condition, scheme synthesization, elements analysis, organization and implementation, with the characteristic, developing statue and national policy of bamboo structural engineering materials, and form the specific utilization of the standardization system engineering in the standards system construction of bamboo structural engineering materials at last.Because of the next three separation rules:the quality is up to the process, products in different type and grade and process should be separated, the inner structure must be harmonious and balanced, the big system of bamboo structural engineering materials was laminated and divided. The main frame body was divided into "Support and service system"and "Product system". Support and service system consisted of raw material system, design and development system, quality control system, experiment system, checkout and evaluation system and the system of others; Product system comprised engineering bamboo products system, combinational member system and the system of others.Under the requirements, targets, national policy and technical constraints, the nine systems were analysed for essential factor, and at last make sure the number of standard system of bamboo structural engineering materials is97, including6basic standards,3relevant standards,8raw material standards,8design and development standards,20quality control standards,15experiment standards,10checkout and evaluation standards,3other standards;15engineering bamboo products standards,9combinational member standards. At last, due to some problems our country exists in standard organization, implement and management, the author put forward some feasible performances and advises that standards should be made nongovernmental, the establishment of Input mechanism in standards fund and drawing up and revising standards would be transparent, aimed at improving standards work and making it move normally.
