Research On The Application Of Bamboo And Its Derived Materials In Interior Design

With the increasingly tense situation of global energy resources and the increasingly prominent environment of environmental pollution,the application of green materials has been gradually paid attention to with the strategic goal of green economy and sustainable development.Bamboo is recognized as a green and environment-friendly material,and has advantages such as short growth cycle,high strength and easy processing.Nowadays,more and more research and development of bamboo derived materials not only retain the advantages of bamboo,but also make up for their own shortcomings,and expand the application scope of bamboo.Bamboo and its derived materials have been widely applied in interior design.Through the extraction and induction of similar literature,the main use the methods of literature,case study,design psychology analysis and comparative study,the characteristics,properties and uses of bamboo,bamboo composite board,bamboo plywood,bamboo plywood,bamboo skin,bamboo wallpaper,bamboo wallboard and bamboo integrated board are discussed,and the application and future prospect in modern interior design are also analyzed.The characteristics of bamboo shape,face shape,hollow structure and image symbolization are analyzed in detail,and thelinear arrangement,surface weaving and free combination of bamboo form in indoor application are summed up,and the influence of these combinations on the molding of indoor regular space,special shape space and "image" environment space is analyzed.From the perspective of light and shadow,we analyze the creation of bamboo’s artistic conception in interior space,and demonstrate it with a large number of cases.The design principles of function,economy and sustainability should be followed in interior space design of bamboo and its derived materials,as well as the application of bamboo form combination in indoor space top interface and side interface,and the expression of bamboo wood color to indoor space visual perception is analyzed.Finally,bamboo and its derived materials are summarized to show their unique functional beauty,formal beauty and cultural beauty through plasticity,safety and sound transmission.
