Design And Construction Technology Research Of Emulsified Asphalt Plant-Mixed Cold-Recycling Mixture

Asphalt pavement recycling technology is to renovate the old asphalt pavement after scarifying, recycling, crushing, screening and add new aggregates and asphalt with good road performance’s asphalt mixture. It can be used to pave the road surface or grass-root. Asphalt pavement recycling technology includes:plant-mixed hot-recycling, local hot-recycling, plant-mixed cold-recycling and local cold-recycling. Asphalt recycling materials include emulsified asphalt and foamed asphalt. This paper studies emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recycling.This article describes several commonly used emulsified asphalt cold-recycling mixture proportion design method at home and abroad and has indoor test’s proportion design.The test results of emulsified asphalt cold-recycling mixture’s rutting test, low temperature bending test, freeze-thaw splitting test show that the emulsified asphalt cold-recycling mixture has good high temperature stability and water stability. The higher amount of cement, emulsified asphalt cold-recycling mixture has better dynamic stability, freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and smaller low temperature failure strain. It has emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recycling mixture’s fatigue test and establishs fatigue life curve.It has emulsified asphalt cold-recycing mixture’s dynamic modulus test and establishs dynamic modulus master curve and phase angle master curve.It makes emulsified asphalt mixing plant cold recycling mixture’s structural combination design and puts forward several typical structures for especially heavy transportation, heavy traffic and light traffic.It introduces emulsified asphalt plant-mixed cold-recycling mixture’s construction technology.The construction process includes the mixture’s mixing, transportation, paving and compaction. The results show that the road and mechanical properties of emulsified asphalt mixing plant cold recycling mixtures can meet the requirements. It has good economic, social and environmental benefits, and has a high application value.
