Asphalt concrete regeneration technology used in highway, can improvethe utilization of resources, reduce the cost of highway construction, andprotect the ecological environment, to promote the sustainable developmentof our country highway construction and development of low carboneconomy is of great practical significance.Paper analyzes the emulsified asphalt cold regeneration technology indomestic and overseas research status, research using milling planer oldasphalt pavement materials (RAP), to add new and adding emulsified asphaltplant mixed cold regeneration. Through the emulsified asphalt, RAP materialtest, the technical specifications of the plant mixed emulsified asphalt coldrecycled mixture ratio design research, determine reasonable recycled asphaltmixture gradation, combined with the performance of the emulsified asphaltcold recycled mixture, and according to the emulsified asphalt cold recycledmixture technical requirements, recommend the emulsified asphalt coldrecycled mixture ratio and the best dosage of emulsified asphalt; The delaytime on the plant mixed effect the performance of emulsified asphalt coldrecycled mixture, and plant mixed emulsifying asphalt mixture constructionprocess and plant mixed emulsified asphalt cold recycled economy. Paperswith emulsified asphalt properties and mixing effect, the void fraction, andthe comparison of splitting strength and a series of indicators, comprehensiveshows that coagulation of cationic slow crack type emulsified asphalt isappropriate for emulsified asphalt cold regeneration.
