Dry Port is not only the produce of economic globalization, but also the important embodiment of regional economic cooperation. By constructing dry Ports, ports can control their economic hinterland, thus make dry Ports become the important carrier between ports and their economic hinterland. For inland cities, dry Ports can effectively reduce their economic distance with the world market. Thus, dry Ports has significant advantage in improving the capacity of inland international logistics.The paper focuses on the spatial organization structure of dry Ports. Part one briefly introduces the research backgrounds, significance, and methodology of the study. Part two analyzes the connotation and essential characteristics of dry Ports, and then studies the formation and structure of dry ports’spatial organization structure elements, laying great foundation for later study. Part three first derives the structure of dry ports through contrasting the network structure in the region of North America, Europe and China, then conclude the spatial organization structure theory. From the view of port and inland city, the theory is formed by the points radiated circular hinterland and the point-axis core line radiated banded hinterland. Secondly, with dry ports spatial organization structure evolution process, this paper put forward the "Point-Line-Net-Face" four steps of anhydrous network layout structure’s evolution. Part four, in view of the four steps, this paper states3models for dry ports location selection, which are BP neural network algorithm, scale hierarchy clustering analysis and radiation hinterland division construct model, and build the corresponding indicator system. In part five, this paper validate spatial organization structure theory by arranging the dry ports space in Tianjin Port. Then according to the division of dry ports structures, using the model of location, and determining the scale and hierarchy of dry ports, this paper further solves the dry ports radiation hinterland, build the " One core, three loops, and four axises" rationalization spatial organization structure for dry ports in Tianjin port. Finally this paper came to the conclusion and puts forward the future academic direction of the research.
