The submarine internal-pipeline real-time corrosion monitoring system includes the submarine pipeline corrosion sensors, the precision corrosion monitor instrument and corrosion monitoring software. With the vigorous development of offshore petroleum industry in this century, there are submarine internal-pipeline real-time corrosion monitoring products developed by foreign companies, the corresponding domestic product’s method and accuracy can’t meet the actual needs of the project. Support by the key state science and technology sub-projects, LW3-1gas field corrosion monitoring and corrosion protection system design, this paper carry out basic research work of the resistance probe corrosion monitoring system, preparing to develop the submarine internal-pipeline real-time corrosion monitoring system with independent intellectual property rights. Finally, expect to achieve industrial application of remote, real-time and online assessment of the submarine oil and gas internal-pipeline corrosion state.In this paper, the major contents are divided into the following sections:(1) Research on the principle of the resistance probe based on the temperature compensation; analyze the temperature influence of resistance probe corrosion monitoring system. Consider that the real-time corrosion monitoring using the method based on the principle of temperature compensation can eliminate the influence of temperature to a certain extent during corrosion monitoring process, and this effect is attributed for the influence of temperature on the metal resistivity. Discuss on the temperature influence of the resistance probe corrosion monitoring during a single measurement period, and this impact attributed to the influence of the thermal electromotive force generated due to the temperature, and it can be compensated by the current reversal technical;(2) Analyze the defect of U-type resistance probe, propos a new resistance probe base on the cyclic probe pair, and make the equipment;(3) Develop and manufacture the corrosion monitoring device (HMMS), program the supporting software, achieve automating corrosion monitoring. HMMS contains constant high-precision current source and other unit module, innovative use of the analog switches to solve the issue of diversification of the DUT in the process of corrosion monitoring; (4) Carry out the experiment of the temperature dependence, stability testing and accelerated corrosion test of the resistance probe corrosion monitoring system, use offset compensation method and current reversal method to reduce the temperature effects, identify the metals monitoring resolution of the corrosion depth achieve0.1μm of the system described in this paper.
