Chinese railway,including high speed and normal speed,has large train operation density.And its speed so high while the maintenance time is short.Hence in order to reduce the oil field operation and simplify the maintenance,on the corrosion resistance of metal parts have become increasingly demanding.In recent years,in the process of return to the use of fasteners in the process,a prominent common problem the user reflects is the fastener metal corrosion.Corrosion seriously affects the performance of fastener products,and even makes it lose fastener function.The fastener works in the open environment,the atmospheric water vapor condensation or adsorption to form a thin liquid film on the surface of the fastener.In the complex electrochemical mechanism,the fastener corrosion will be caused.In the coastal areas where the corrosion environment is worse,the rusting of fasteners is more serious in acid rain areas and tunnels.In order to improve the anticorrosion performance of metal fastener,satisfy the increasing needs of the users,it is necessary to carry out research on anti-corrosion high iron metal fastener.Study,explore the corrosion of metal parts and related testing methods.According to the characteristics of metal fastener anticorrosion technology,through various experiments,improve the metal corrosion resistance without affecting the performance of the products,and develop the best preservative treatment of high iron fastener of different metal parts.The main work and conclusions are as follows.1.The essay systematically summarizes the research background and significance of domestic railway fasteners metal parts corrosion protection,the research status at home and abroad.This paper introduces the concept of metal corrosion,the harm of corrosion,the significance of corrosion research,and how to protect the metal products by anti-corrosion methods.The paper summarized the corrosion prevention methods of the metal parts of the early railway fasteners in China,and the weakness of the anti-corrosion methods.This paper summarized the corrosion protection methods of Foreign Railway fastener metal parts,and the anti-corrosion methods used in today's railway fasteners.2.The article summarizes the current domestic anti-corrosion of metal parts,it can be divided into four main anticorrosion methods from the anti-corrosion principle.It describes the latest domestic railway fastener metal parts anticorrosive,fastener metal parts anticorrosive process,cost and capacity.It analyses anti-corrosion fastener metal technology features,and a variety of metal corrosion-site use.3.The selection principle of fastener anticorrosion technology is summarized according to the corrosion protection requirements of railway fasteners.According to the environmental characteristics of railway fasteners,the basic test and specific test items,technical requirements and inspection methods of anticorrosive process inspection are systematically introduced.The coating layer,coating and chemical conversion film have their own advantages and disadvantages,and the performance is also different.Therefore,the material,production process and working conditions of fasteners should be analyzed in detail.4.The electrophoretic coating,mechanical plating + closed,Rambo grams,Dacromet + closing,electrostatic spraying,alloy surface treatment,hot dip zinc(alloy carburizing)various anti-corrosion treatment test and product test basis and specific test,through the test data obtained anti-corrosion technology characteristics of various anti-corrosion treatment products,as well as the impact of various anti-corrosion processes on the fastener performance research,and then put forward the fastener anti-corrosion suggestions and matters needing attention.5.Through the fourth chapter of electrophoretic coating,mechanical plating + closed,Rambo grams,Dacromet + closing,electrostatic spraying,alloy surface treatment,hot dip zinc(alloy infiltration)test results of various anti-corrosion treatment are analyzed,and special sections of each fastener corrosion cost increase,that the general area and special area suggestions high iron products with anti-corrosion,technical requirements and test methods.
