Hydraulic power carts play an important role in ground handling support because of the function of providing hydraulic energy for airplanes, cleaning and supplying oil. In order to satisfy the demand of the supply under plateau climate, this paper discusses the plateau and informationalization hydraulic power carts, which is improved from YYBC-2hydraulic power carts to adapt to the plateau and informationalized environment. By analyzing the fault characteristics of hydraulic system, intelligent fault diagnosis system based on fuzzy theory.is designedFirstly the principle and structure of plateau and informationalization hydraulic power carts is introduced, and the function of the hydraulic system is interpreted. Several important parameters are given based on the analysis of the hydraulic system.Secondly the fault characteristics of hydraulic system is discussed, and the fuzzy pattern recognition of hydraulic system is accomplished based on fuzzy theory.Finally intelligent fault diagnosis system based on fuzzy theory and expert system is designed. Intelligent fault diagnosis system consists of local and remote fault diagnosis system. Local fault diagnosis system can complete the real-time fault diagnosis of common fault and give the instruction by collecting and analyzing information of fault phenomenon. Remote fault diagnosis system can realize the interaction of remote diagnosis center and locale fault diagnosis system. Hard fault and new fault, which are not included in fault base of local fault diagnosis system, can be diagnosed by remote fault diagnosis system. Intelligent fault diagnosis system makes fault diagnosis become intelligent and informationalized.
