Generally, loading winch is installed on the drysaltery board, the reliability and work efficiency of the loading winch has the most significance for shorten harbor time, accelerate the port turnover and reduce the cost of the transportation. Once the breakdown appears, will lead to production equipment stopped working, will give the user to cause major economic losses, how to rapid diagnosis system failure to make equipment resume production, has become a very urgent question. Therefore for hydraulic system fault diagnosis expert system research has the significant practical significance. This topic research and design ships and cargo crane hoisting loop hydraulic system fault diagnosis expert system, main contents are as follows:(1) we detailed analyzed the typical fault reasons and the solving measures for the hydraulic system of the ship loading winch, which provides the theoretical basis for the establishment of the knowledge base module for the fuzzy expert system(2) we focused on the establishment of fuzzy expert system. Knowledge base module based on fuzzy production rules, divided into fact the expression method of library and rule library two parts, the fact library including fault reason and fault symptoms, diagnosis reasoning rules rule library contains. Using the relational database Access to store of knowledge base, convenient program called diagnosis knowledge; Knowledge base management module is expert users access to knowledge, can special management operation, including knowledge delete, add, modify operation, can real-time update knowledge base, in order to optimize diagnosis system; Established in reasoning, using computers blocks constructed fuzzy diagnosis expert experience, realize the matrix uncertainty knowledge reasoning methods.(3)We used the Visual Basic 6.0 as system development tools to realize the ship cargo crane hoisting loop hydraulic system fault diagnosis expert system, it has friendly interface. Combined with the ship cargo crane various appearing in the use process, use this system fault diagnosis to validate the system, the cargo winch hydraulic fault detection and diagnosis reached higher stability and reliability, diagnosis accuracy accord with the objective reality.
