High-speed railway has developed rapidly in China.At present,there are high-order harmonics in AT power supply system due to the locomotive load and the comprehensive harmonic suppression function based on low-order harmonics failed because of low contents of the low order harmonic.Besides,the current increment protection function didn’t work because the setting value of current increment protection cannot be matched accurately.In addition,it’s necessary to correct the setting value of protection(including the setting value of ranging)and the scheme in time,and find out the fault causes of some equipment in the power supply system because of the changes of EMU model and train operation diagram,AT power supply circuit parameters,system parameters and the capability of power supply.And this puts a higher demand on protection and monitoring devices.At present,most of the comprehensive power quality analyzers or harmonic analyzers in China can not meet the needs of test and analysis of AT power supply system due to the different analysis objectives,such as the precision,sampling quantity,synchronicity of multiple sets of devices,the capability of data processing and the ability of integrated intelligent analysis.Therefore,it is very necessary to provide a recording data analysis software with multi-device sampling data and analysis on the same platform under AT power supply operation mode.This will improve the performance and reliability of protection devices in the power supply system,reduce the protection maloperation and rejection rate,and improve the reliability of high-speed railway power supply.The recording wave data analysis software designed in this thesis consists of three recording instruments with GPS calibration function,which are respectively installed in substation,AT station and subsectioning post,and a laptop computer with software analysis function.The recorder transmits the measured data to the computer through Ethernet,and then uses the recording wave data analysis software installed in the computer for data processing and analysis.The work done in this thesis is to design the recording wave data analysis software according to the functional requirements.In this thesis,the network configuration,demand and structure function of the recording data analysis software of high-speed railway traction power supply software are described in detail.And then,the software is mainly divided into seven modules based on the C# platform:the module of download recording data,the module of data processing,the module of harmonic analysis,the module of current increment analysis,the module of fault location and setting value calculation,the module of power supply capability analysis and the module of recording instruments maintenance.Finally,Fourier algorithm is used to process the recording data analysis,and the complex analysis function of the software is realized in the intelligent analysis of different modules.The recording data analysis software designed in this thesis is different from the existing power quality comprehensive analyzer,which has limitations in data analysis.It’s a set of software that can provide the basis for the related protection function and the setting value correction of the fault ranging device.And it aims at the existing problems of protection devices in AT power supply mode of high-speed railway,such as inhibition of relevant protection functions,failure of use and setting value correction of fault location.In addition,it’s highly innovative because there are no such products on the market.In this thesis,the law and characteristics of the generation of high order harmonics at the feeder of traction substation are analyzed on the basis of the recording data analysis software,which provides a basis for safety and health improvement or prevention of the operating environment of EMU.And the setting value of current increment protection is determined according to the current increment of the feeder line of traction substation and the current mutation of EMU at the start of the substation when different types of EMU is running alone,which provides the basis for the related functions of microcomputer protection of harmonic blocking and harmonic suppression.And the setting value of fault location is corrected according to the data of the current recorded by EMU.In addition,the voltage of catenary in different regions during the operation of EMU and evaluates the power supply capability of the software are analyzed,which provides reference basis for train dispatching scheme. |
