The self-propelled guns semi-automatic loading system is a complexmechatronic system,it is an important part of the weapon of modern information,andthe research focus of most countries nowadays. In the design,traditional barrel,self-propelled guns semi-automatic loading mechanism is not taken into account theaffect of changing loading conditions, can not control the force of output projectileseffectively.In the process of output projectiles, it always keep for a certain valueprovided by ramming machine,results that the extent of projectiles filling in place areinconsistent from different firing angle, further results that most of the firing angle‘s initial velocity of projectile produces different degrees of deviation, relative totested speed of initial velocity Shooting from different firing angle,the accuracy ofthe firing distance will be affected to varying degrees,this is the self-propelledartillery’s common technical defect. Therefore, this paper proposes a newconcept”the variable force output projectile, but in place consistently”. Backgroundto a self-propelled guns semi-automatic loading system,this paper research anddesign the control system of the projectile semi-automatic loading system. Theresearch as follows:1、Collect related technologies used by the self-loading technology,analyze thebackground and significance of this thesis,design and build the overall framework ofthe control system.2、In connection with the motive control features of the self-propelled gunssemi-automatic loading system, depth study its control method of the motive controlsystem.3、Build overall structure of the self-propelled guns semi-automatic loadingsystem,and elaborate various components of module in detail, then design the electrical part of the control system on this basis.4、Analyze the technical requirements of system need to reach actually,and clearfunctions to be implemented by the system, then design the AC servo system’shardware circuit in in detail. Introduce various hardware circuit’s connection andspecific implementation process according to various sub-modules, and detailedinstruction the necessary measures to improve system stability and anti-jammingcapability.5、According to the needs and functions of the system, develop the systemsoftware,and elaborate software overall structure and its realization process6、On the basis of the whole system, hardware and software coordination,implement the latter part of the commissioning tests, so as to arrive a number ofexperimental data, and find the regular pattern of motor sports, then lay a goodfoundation for the equipment putting into operation in the future.
